On this occasion I needed simple zippers installed on the left (wallet side) pocket of three brand new pairs of shorts. Viking Cleaners completed the work, it was well done, on time, and I happily paid premium for the service.
However, the cleaners simply stacked all three pairs of shorts under plastic, over a cardboard tube hanger.
The shorts were not secured in any way. I trusted Viking Cleaners to correctly pack my shorts. By the time I walked across a couple of parking lots and made it to my destination, one pair of shorts was missing. My wife explained that my shorts were not packed to industry standard. Especially for as much as I paid, Viking Cleaners should have insured each pair of shorts were safety pinned to its own wire hanger. I immediately retraced my steps, and not finding the missing pair of shorts, returned to Viking Cleaners and explained what happened. Viking Cleaners just confirmed that I left their store with the three pairs of shorts and said they were very sorry for my loss.
I have been a loyal customer of Viking Cleaners for over six years. As a result, I cannot afford to return to Viking Cleaners. From now on I will take my business elsewhere.

Very expensive. I paid $16 for a cotton jumpsuit that I’ve normally pay $8 to be pressed with a creased. I had to repress it when I got home because it was pressed flat and I had a flight to catch the next morning.

This place NEVER OPENS ON TIME!! THE HOURS LISTED ON THE DOOR NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY. ITS NEVER OPEN AT 8AM. SO MANY PEOPLE COME AND PULL ON THE DOOR AND ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEY NOTICE THE BUSINESS IS STILL CLOSED 20 TO 30 MINUTES AFTER LISTED BUSINESS HOURS

Worst service ever. Drove 20 min to drop off my jeans before 9am to , Get them back the same day at 5 PM even though I got there before 9am. They told they’ll be ready until tomorrow afternoon so thanks for wasting my morning. Your employee laziness is unacceptable. The van was open stilll loading up and its like they took off while i was inside on purpose because they didn’t want to load 8 MORE JEANS INTO THE VAN.
