Don’t come here expecting good or even subpar customer service. I felt like the biggest inconvenience for shopping here. We did find shoes my son liked but the price is the same as every where else. Definitely wasn’t worth the drive or head ache validating parking.

If I could do zero stars I would. It’s a shame in our community the level of customer service is horrible. Employee on cell phone as I begged for help the others were rude and walked around!

Please make sure that you have your exact size! You will not be able to get a refund! I asked the store clerk what was the refund policy and was told as long as I have the receipt that I can bring it back in. The next day, I tried to return it and was told that I could get a gift card or exchange it. The didn’t have the same shirt anymore and was told that they can find another store. I just wanted my money back. It’s a shame that they do this in the hood ONLY. I’ll shop at another DTLR in a better neighborhood.

Bad business when you can't exchange your shoes. Make sure the shoes fit walking in them, if no wiggle room don't buy. This store has no availabile manager and at discretion no exchange or returns. Store policy up at counter to read before purchase. Never shopping at store they can't bargain. My son will go somewhere else or know this how DTLR do business. He just bought the shoes yesterday and have a receipt. We left upset. Live and learn.
