Went with my son for him to buy some shoes. We spent a good amount of time in there. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable in attending to and paying attention to his questions and requests.

showed up to the store, and they had locked it an hour before closing! Store hours say till 8pm and they were closed at 7! While they’re inside.

Horrible customer service! I walked in the store at 11am ready to buy my dads next birthday gift and I did t get a greeting, then there were workers walking around I was looking for a show and kept looking for someone to assist and they just kinda ignored me. When I finally got assistance they worked said they didn’t have a 10 and in fact I had a size 10 in my hand. The shopping experience was horrible and no customer service. Never going back!!!

Called several times before the phone was answered. Spoke with a lady to see if they had a certain Pink Nike outfit. She said that they had a certain size in store that I was looking for. So when I come to pick it up now all of a sudden they don't have it. Waste of time. Certain staff making the store go down.

I click on one star because it won’t let me post a review without one.It’s a shame that I can’t even buy shoes without being disrespected by these people who “work” in that store. We arrived and in order to ask for something we had to look at the security guard because the two females who had a badge as if they work there were too busy doing nothing siting and using their phones even when the super nice security guard was trying to get their attention. Once one of them looked up she asked me what we needed but did not move she expected me to go to her and “do her job”? Not sure but we waited for her to come to us so we can show her the shoes we wanted and her demeanor during all this time was as if we were bothering her, her voice and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome. Of course, they “didn’t have” every single item we asked for. Just so you know it’s not worth your time nor your money. Do not go to DTLR shoe store off of Masters and Lake June Dallas Tx. P.S.: I didn’t even know this store existed until today and believe me I could have gone the rest of my life without knowing. #notinmyshoestoreslist #Itakemymoneysomewhereelse
