The employee, considered an MVP, was praised for going above and beyond and will be visited again for new heat drops. Families often visit when other locations are out of stock and wish new shipments arrived sooner to keep sizes in stock. Customer service is great, prices are good, but shoe returns may give a whole shoe that someone else wore. Customers also bought new red Jordan’s and praised the short Mexican dude who was really nice.
