My husband and I stayed here for our valentines stay-cation/anniversary . We stayed in the Deluxe Chamber King Suite and WOW. It was beautiful, the bathtub was perfect. It took a min. to fill but it was hot hot and perfectly fit two. The shower is LARGE! Everything about the place was very "hip" The only downfall was the food. The menu was small and in my mind everything must be very good. I got the chicken, very dry, the star was the brussels sprouts (sad for an expensive dish) my husband ordered the scallops (44$) there were 5 and they were the saltiest things you ever did taste. We ended up ordering the charcuterie board back to our room because we were still hungry (delicious but sad because they didn't actual make anything on it, just placed). Breakfast was a very odd, ordered to the room so not hot nor warm, but they call it "brunch" and again very small options of actual breakfast choices. The fact you could order food from the TV, change the thermostat, and order little diddies (toothpaste, pillows) was pretty awesome. We are frequent hotel stayers and this was bar far the most recently thought about hotel, others seem a bit out dated and not recently improved. Bravo Virgin, we will be back!

Best place to stay if you want to explore most areas in the dfw. Central location outside of downtown.

The Virgin Hotel Dallas exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was outstanding, keeping the room spotless and well-stocked. Plus, the dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices. But the real highlight was the perfect location. Not only was it convenient to explore the city, but the view of the skyline was breathtaking. I highly recommend The Virgin Hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and enjoyable stay in Dallas!

What can I say? The property is like a 40-something single who partied fabulously, but way too much in their 30s. It needs a stay at a boujie rehab clinic, a day at the spa, and a chemical peel. The signature RED paint is chipping, the carpets and upholstery are stained, the towels have been washed so many times you can see through them, and the mattresses are dipping. I'm sure it was a stunning property when it opened. Now it's just a little sad. I called ahead and asked the front desk staff if there was a Peloton in the gym. I was assured, definitely YES. I packed all of my gear with me to find out that there is not, in fact, a Peloton in the gym. As a first-time guest in a Virgin property, I was expecting more.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.I was forced to cancelled a reservation 3+ months in advance due to needing to use the hotel funds on an emergency issue regarding my upcoming wedding in Spring 2024 (the hotel room was where we were supposed to be staying during the ceremony weekend). Was charged the full price of the room, plus tax. Tried to speak with Customer Support multiple times and they made no effort to try and assist whatsoever, or even understand the situation for that matter. They give no warning during the cancellation process that you will be charged the entire stay, and their website clearly states that their Cancellation Policy is if you cancel with 48+ hours notice you will be refunded. There are definitely nicer hotels that cost less that you can stay at in DFW that will actually value you.

With Christmas less than a week away, consider hosting your holiday celebration at the Virgin Hotel Dallas. To date, I’ve not stayed in any of the rooms but could change in the near future. That said, this hotel gives boutique style with numerous spaces to explore. There’s an open concept restaurant, large bar and cute library on the ground floor. I’ve also been to the club on the 4th floor during a previous visit. What stands out most to me is the decor. On any given day this hotel has a groovy throwback vibe but during this holiday season has taken on a new look. The hotel has transformed itself and bringing the nostalgia of Christmas and all your favorite characters to life! Me and friends stopped by for drinks and conversation in the library so I can’t speak to the menu but if you’re in the Dallas area, it’s worth checking out.If this hotel would like to have me as a guest I promise a fair review! ?

Amazing customer service experience all the way around and the best hotel restaurant I’ve ever eaten at by far. I can’t emphasize enough how good the Common Club food is, and when I checked in there were credits for dining which made it all the more enjoyable and I was surprised how affordable it was for the incredible level of cuisine. Ate every meal at the Common Club and the Uncommon Burger is a top notch burger coming from a burger snob. The Pork Bao Steam buns are also a must. The Virgin house car drivers were amazing and took us for a ride to an amazing coffee shop they recommended and picked us up later when we called. Forgot my phone charger and the front desk loaned me one. Staff were all incredibly generous and accommodating.

This property is 4 years old and definitely caters to a unique clientelle. I can't quite tell if it's the 'rich millennials' or 'taste of luxury on a budget'. It's very posh but the building is showing signs of wear and tear (paint, fabrics, grout, etc.) Beds were very, very plush. I found mine comfortable, but others might not - especially if you crave a a firm sleeping experience. The lighting in the room is unbelievably complicated. Light switches everywhere some on motion sennsors others controlled from about the room. I didn't care for it. There's no real 'desk' for working in the room. There's a very low vanity mirror with a rolling chair in the bathroom, but that was uncomfortable after any length of time. There was a clogged sink in my guestroom. Of course, remedied quickly when I called maintenance- but at these room rates, such things should have been discovered by the housekeeper and resolved before a guest checked-in to the room. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the property.Overall, a satisfactory travel experience. But, I wouldn't rush back.ProHack: Valet parking is $46/night as of the time of this post. There is plenty of FREE street parking within one block of the hotel.Dining: Check out the Rodeo Goat Burger joint, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You won't be disappointed!

The hotel itself was amazing! The staff was unable to accommodate things without physically having a manager present. I was here NYE and purchased tickets to an event that was included with my stay at the hotel. There was no indication online that the event was included with my stay. I simply felt that I should have been refunded for those tickets I purchased. No one could figure out how to assist me with that. I was told that had been an issue for others as well. Then the front desk staff advised me that i had a room credit per person on my account due to my status. I even came back the morning of check out to confirm that the credit for both of us was applied and I was told it would show up on my final bill. It did not. Besides that confusion, the stay was great!
