Per usual, waited over 25 minutes on the phone with the pharmacy; enough time for me to drive up and be serviced. Absolutely ridiculous. I drove 20 minutes to just test the theory of which would be faster; after having a prescription "pending" for 4 days, they said oh wait another 30 minutes! Come on guys. Do better.

Called the pharmacy and waited for a very long time just to talk to a tech who sounded like she didn't know anything about vaccines and didn't care about what I was asking.Spent more time on hold for her to go see if they have the vaccines I needed, she comes back and says "we don't have it" ... I said "which one?" And she said "the one you asked about" lol I said there were two. She said they don't have them.Called another Walgreens down the road with much better service. They answered immediately, the tech knew about the vaccines right away and they had them in stock.

Extremely upset made covid appt yesterday for today . When I get there I waited in drive thur for 15 minutes. I was also on hold for 20 min . then I go into store no one is waiting on phone. go to pharmacy and he states drive window broke . I said you weren't aware of this yesterday ? He said yes but NO ONE called me. I won't be going back to this locations extremely pissed

Pharmacy staff is very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed that a Walgreens would allow this caliber of worker in a reputable chain. I will not be getting my prescriptions there anymore.

Seems like in the last year it is always a bad experience! You wait in line for 20 minutes to an hour and still do not get your prescription! They are rude and unhelpful! I have waited for 40 minutes before and gotten up to the front of the line at 9:58 and they would not help me! Not to mention a couple of weeks ago their system was down for days and they could not get my prescriptions at all! Prescriptions I need it very badly! Again they were rude and unhelpful!

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Unfortunately since I am on Medicare I was told to use Walgreens. They are either closed due to no electricity are you calling the phones are out there staff is uneducated and untrained and I think I'm going to pay the difference and move all of my prescriptions. Absolutely fed up with this pharmacy. The last prescription I had which I take alternately with another dose was typed wrong with a completely different dose. I can't trust them at allA one star rating is really too high for them

Zero. Nope. Never coming back, I'll drive to another store if I have to l, and had frequented this store many times as I walk here for exercise and to get what I may need that day. I'm almost 55 and wanted to pick up Advil, laundry and dish detergent a chocolate Easter bunny and a bottle of wine for Easter dinner.Cashier wouldn't ring me up because I forgot my id. Manager started shouting from the photo counter "what can I help you with!?" Didn't know I needed help"You can't get alcohol without an ID" she said as she approached. I'm 54 and clearly look it and I said "I've been here multiple times and they just asked for my birthdate for alcohol and punched it in""Who. What did they look like I'm gonna write them up" I didn't remember what they looked like and I wouldn't have gotten them in trouble anyway - I LOOK SO OLDI told her I walked here and she said it don't matter you can't get it without an ID Embarrassing and unnecessarily confrontational.Not going to give this place business anymore

This store used to be my go-to for photos, cards, and drugstore items. The degree to which service and convenience have deteriorated is staggering. My last several photo orders have been botched, with tape stuck to the cards, ink smeared in the photos, or disproportionate scaling. The orders are never ready on time, in spite of emails that say that they are. Instead of a convenient pick-up, I am forced to sit and wait for sometimes hours while my projects are completed on the spot, days late, and then I'm charged full price. Most recently, the store didn't have the supplies to create my order, so I was asked to drive to another store to get my order completed. It was supposed to be for same-day pick up! The vaccine experience is not any better. There are long lines, angry customers, incompetent pharmacists, and a general atmosphere of chaos. I feel sorry for the staff that works here, and I am shocked at how little management has done to correct this experience. I will be actively avoiding Walgreens in the future. DO NOT shop here.

Made an appointment online to get a vaccine; received multiple texts and emails reminding me of my appointment leading up to it. Called the pharmacy the day before to confirm my appointment and make sure they had the vaccine in stock; they said they did.Showed up on the day of my appointment, and they had no record of an appointment and no vaccine in stock.Apparently the online system doesn't notify the local pharmacy when an appointment is made...?? False advertising all around. Don't waste your time and skip trying to make an appointment for anything/get a vaccine at Walgreens. Disappointing.

This Walgreens had legit recovery on a recent issue I had with an order. Had done a bunch of photos online and they were out of the canvas size I needed for one part of my order.First, let me recognize how awesome it is that I can order stuff like printed wood panels or canvases and have them ready within a couple hours instead of 5-7 days like many services.That said, it wasn't going to happen in this case. However after further discussion we managed that they would just take my canvas and put it on a wood panel instead. The details aren't too important, but ultimately I was happy when I picked them up and found that they wrote a little note on the package and decided to comp the wood panel since it wasn't what I really wanted.I think this was the right thing for them to do and I probably would have been a little frustrated if they hadn't, but that doesn't change the fact that they did it and made a good recovery out of something that could have otherwise been really annoying. I don't take for granted that companies, especially change like this, are going to step up when something goes wrong, but someone at this Walgreens gets it and knows how to not lose a customer. Kudos on that front.
