Currently on hold for 10 minutes and counting. The person working the pharmacy has taken the phone off hold four times and placed the phone back on hold. Not once saying hello or may I place you hold. Awful customer service and unacceptable when all I want to know is information about my prescriptions.

5 Stars for the Pharmacy staff who are personable, amenable and effective. Navigated what I needed with efficiency on the phone and in person. This trip was a one off and so glad I did. Hats off to Yolanda and the Pharmacist.

came to pick up a prescription and the woman at the window had a serious attitude and was being short and rude. i’m just trying to get my medication why am i being treated like a burden? terrible customer service.

The staff at this location are friendly, and to be honest, very accommodating. I accidentally left my card at home and had to leave and come back and they were so cool about it. And, even kept my perishable items refrigerated until I returned for my order.

The pharmacy techs act as though you're an inconvenience to them. I ended up switching pharmacies.

I'd give them no stars if i could. Pharmacy is under-staffed and the typical wait is over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I waited to pick up my ready medication that wasn't ready. After they tell me to wait another 15 minutes they realize they don't have it. I've called the store and they put one on hold twice but you can't even understand what they even say. They definitely have poor customer service. Definitely not returning.

For FedEx only: Not sure why no one was manning the counter, there was a long line. Website said I could bring my package and a QR code but they are unable to print labels here. Nothing seems to be working, so they can't currently provide many services as advertised.

I spoke to a pharmacist this morning. She told me my prescription would be ready by noon and I would receive a call or text confirming its ready. I never received a call or text from Walgreens so I'm calling them to make sure its ready before I visit them. I've been on hold for 20+ minutes trying to get through to the pharmacy. I've had a couple of experiences where the Walgreens pharmacists tells me its ready and I'll get to the store only to find out its not ready. So now I always call the Walgreens pharmacy to confirm before I leave the house. This Walgreens is total chaos every time it I visit. I usually go to the CVS on Zang & Davis because they aren't as disorganized. I only go to Walgreens if my medicine is more expensive at CVS.
