Will NOT be visiting this pharmacy again. Just a heads up if you do visit, Lane 1 is for prescription pick up and Lane 2 is for prescription drop off. ? I pulled into the 2nd lane since there's a big sign stating \\\"Both Lanes Open!\\\" Pharmacy tech, Daphne, rudely told me I needed to move to the other lane and when I got to the window told me to \\\"drive around\\\" because my prescription needed to be scanned in and wasn't ready. Very unprofessional! I usually visit the Zang/Illinois location where the customer service is amazing, but they didn't have my meds in stock. Will only ever visit this location again as a last resort.

10 people in line at the pharmacy. One person checking us out. Been in line for 25 minutes. This is ludicrous. Express Checkout I guess isn't being utilized.

In the drive up pharmacy, done drove off twice. Walked off twice inside. Online operation hours are incorrect. Wait in line is more than 30 min. No acknowledgement to be told in will be attended to, just simply ignored. While at least 5 pharmacist are \\\"working\\\" and is at a disarray on how to attend customers. Thank you very much Walgreens Pharmacy #3956, excellent job. Keep up the good work.

No reason why I should be on hold for 10 minutes and get my call hung up on and then I call again and still on hold for another 10 minutes for something that would take less than 5 minutes to help me with

I went to go drop off a package with Fedex Post. I waited for 15 minutes, and nobody helped me I knew that some of the employees saw me just standing there. I know it gets busy, I get it, but at least acknowledge that I will soon be helped. I didn't get anything. They would walk towards me and quickly go into an aisle and continue stocking up the shelves.

Unsafe Customer ServiceThey don't have masks to give customers as you walk in as preventative for COVID-19. Forgot my mask and asked for one at register and the cashier was a young Hispanic woman actually there were two and instead of helping they were so immature laughing about it and unprofessional saying they didn't have masks for customers. That is so wrong! Walgreens is a pharmacy where you supposed to get help for COVID-19 and be a source of assistance to public obviously because is a Pharmacy ??♀️this happened 04/17/2021 at around 1:30pm I hope management reads this!!

I had a prescription set to go to this location while I was on Covid going through the most agonizing time of my life with shortness of breath I waited on the phone for 30 minutes around the 20 minute mark I had someone answers see if we can please hold and then the call ended up being dropped and I had to call again thank God I had another location near me that was able to help me with my prescription issues and completely leave this location out of it it, i'm beyond pissed off with this location I couldn't even get someone on the phone just to cancel my prescription here or transferred to another location so ridiculous!

Amazing customer service , everyone's soo nice and they go above and beyond with their customer service. The employees even take time out of their day to help me with my needs for example they would be in there lunch break and inform me of there limited time but regardless of that they would be soo kind and to still assist me with me needs? A 1 service 10 out 10 Recommend it Best Walgreens ever
