Website says pharmacy is open until 9 thru drive thru, but tried to pick up prescriptions and window was closed at 8:50pm. Really frustrating after working all day and get out to pick up meds, but store doesn't honor hours posted. Can't say I'm surprised-typical service today

There's this one worker at this walgreens who wears glasses and a mask. This one time i needed help getting something from the locked window i asked for help and she was telling me how she hated her job and she doesn't get paid enough for this. I completely ignored her because it is not my business to ask about that. After she unlocked the thing she took the item that i asked for and i told her if i could have it and she said no that i could get it at the register then after getting a few more stuff i went to the register and she forgot to give me my item that i specifically asked for and u wonder why u don't get paid enough she always his this lazy rude attitude and i come there less now because of how her customer service is !! .

I transferred all my prescriptions from this pharmacy. High prices, wouldn't honor goodrx coupons, bad pharmacy hours. I was just over them.

If I could leave half a star, I would. The pharmacist tech who wears glasses is always completely rude when I try to get my prescriptions. She is very quick to over talk and if I say "please" or "thank you" she only responds with "mhm" -- how rude are you? I'm sorry your day sucks but why be completely mean to strangers. We are literally asking you questions about medicine... it's your job! She's the reason I dread picking up my medicines and I'm switching pharmacies because of her. Good luck keeping clients when you have someone who has a hell bent on being mean to others. Just because life shafted her doesn't mean it's everyone else's fault! YOU WORK IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Manager on staff that day was a total jerk, upset about having to do his job! All we needed was passport pictures without having to piss someone off for having to do his job.

So run down, seems like they never do drink orders. Tried getting a passport photo taken and apparently that's broken too.

The ladies that work the pharmacy counter are always very nice. The wait times for them or on the phone are always very long though. Also, their automated call-in refill system has never worked. I've probably tried using it 10-15 times and made sure it says it's okay to hang up now. When I go to pick it up they say nothing was ever called in.

Online ordering system says Christmas cards will be done in an hour. Arrived and staff was surprised we were there. Said if we wanted them, they would have to print them. So what is the purpose of online schedules?

BEWARE!!!! This pharmacy steals people's medication by breaking up a 90 day supply meant for one patient to dispense to other patients. All while billing the insurance company for the full 90 day supply as well as leaving the patient without medication. THIS IS FRAUD and they must be stopped.

I used Good Rx to find a coupon before picking up my prescription and found a Walgreens one for a reduced price (vs. my insurance price). Walgreens did not honor the reduced price, telling me the coupon price was an "Estimated Price." UPDATE: It didn't occur to me to call GoodRx to complain until I got home - I should have taken a moment to do that while at the store. After I contacted GoodRx, they promptly worked with the Pharmacy staff to straighten it out and a refund for the overcharge was issued. (I had a sense that there was a Walgreens system issue, out of Pharmacist / Pharmacy Tech control.) When I returned for the refund it was early evening and the experience was eye opening. The store is seriously understaffed. The Pharmacist was doing double duty - filling prescriptions AND administering vaccinations to a seemingly endless line of people. The Pharmacy Techs were also working at full speed. Even the Store Manager popped in to help with my refund and then, I noticed, to help a Pharmacy Tech locate a missing prescription in the bins. Walgreens Upper Management: Your staff needs additional personnel! That includes additional IT staff to ensure the systems aren't creating issues! Walgreens Onsite Staff: Thanks much for your above and beyond efforts!

I would like to highly commend Jiju A., the Pharmacy manager, for being the best Pharmacist that I have ever had. He is so professional, personable and genuinely cares about his patients. If there is any problem or issues with insurance, he is right on it to correct, help and straighten out so efficiently. He is never to busy to serve and if he is, he is so polite and professional to tell me that he will be right with me. I have been with Walgreens for many years but with the Walgreens on Garland Road in Dallas for just a few months and I have to say it is the best Pharmacy with the best staff Jiju, lead Pharmacist, Shiju G. the other pharmacist and the techs, Tiffany and Diana! There is one tech and I can't remember his name but he is great, too! I know exemplary service trickles from the top and that is from Jiju G. Thanks Team! you are all the BEST!

Worst Walgreens in Dallas. Don't bother using the pharmacy. They have lost a filled prescription. Usually, I have to wait three days to get my refill due to not being I stock after I have used this pharmacy for 18 months.
