I had a good experience at the store. It’s well stocked and clean. Employees are helpful if you ask. I go there weekly to coupon and it’s nice.

Today I had the most unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. Many people think that because I speak Spanish, I don't speak perfect English. The person who helped me was terrible. I was discussing my transactions with the cashier next to her. If you don't want to work serving people, I recommend you find a different job. I don't understand why you're so unpleasant.

Honestly, I would give zero stars if possible. Over the past year I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. They have repeatedly been closed during hours they were supposed to be open, on four different occasions they told me that my prescriptions were ready and then when I arrived to pick up said prescriptions I was told they were out of stock and would have to wait days for my medication, and then my most important prescription (something I have to take multiple times daily) was split into multiple parts without anyone warning me or asking if I still wanted to receive the prescription (I would not have and would have had my doctor cancel and then resend the prescription elsewhere). The absolute final straw l was when I went to find out why my medication had been split without warning or consent, I was spoken to sarcastically, laughed at, and rudely accused of “drug seeking behavior” by the pharmacy technicians. Which is a wild accusation to make when my prescription has been prescribed by the same doctor, in the same amounts for over a year. No matter how convenient this location may be, if you care about being treated with dignity and receiving your medications in a timely manner, please go anywhere else
UPDATE: I have spent the last four days trying to get my final prescription refilled from this location before I can be fully done with them, and despite repeated promises that it would be ready on Saturday morning, it was not. It is still not ready on Monday morning. Staff is still rude and unhelpful. This is fully unconscionable.

I have read bad reviews about this store but I had a very good experience. The associates were very helpful. They understood my problem and worked with me to resolve it. They were friendly and compassionate and I left feeling very good about my experience at this store.

This place isn’t that good. They gave my mom half of her pills and not all of the amount that she was supposed to receive. Once she told them the issue, they were rude to my mom. Then me and my mom bought toilet paper, they were on sale if you bought two. My mom told the cashier worker that she had two of them for $10 and left the other one in the cart and I noticed that she was very impatiently and quickly scanning the items and not responding to what my mom said, she didn’t look up to see what my mom was talking about and she looked very focused. After she was done, I asked my mom if the worker scanned both of them and my mom asked her and she said no. My mom told her that she asked her to scan one twice to charge her for both and she told my mom, “You didn’t tell me that” I even agreed that I heard my mom say it. It’s not that hard to just admit you weren’t paying attention instead of lying. Then, she did something wrong and returned my moms money but then told her to pay $10 I don’t really know this part of the situation that well but the worker ended up trying to make my mom pay $18 and my mom spoke up and told her that it’s wrong. The worker called the manager and the manager wouldn’t even let my mom say her side of the story. My mom is hispanic and asked the manager if she speaks spanish and all the manager did was shake her head, it wasn’t clear who she was shaking it to because she was looking down reading the receipts and the cashier worker was talking over my mom. I’ve been here plenty of times and seen the manager speak spanish before. Sometimes it’s good to get the customers point of view of a situation. In the end the manager fixed it and made my mom pay $3. They were basically trying to rob our money and do not give customers faith.

My experience today is that the girl at the checkout was overcharging me when I bought 2 packages of paper for $10, I only scanned 1 and when paying I noticed that I was only paying for 1 and I asked her why if she was carrying 2 for $10 so What she did was she scanned them again and she was charging me for 2 packages plus 1, meaning in total I was paying $18 for only 2 and she lied to me because she said she would charge them with your card and then they will return your money. and I told him which card if I paid you cash? Then I spoke to a Hispanic lady who, by the way, I asked her if she spoke Spanish so I could explain to her and she said noo... she didn't let me explain to her then my experience today with this store or rather with the staff, it's not pleasant at all, they're bitter or I don't know what. It happens to them because the mistake was theirs and they still get angry with you. I don't know if it's discrimination or what it could be other than wanting to beg someone for their money. Very bad experience

Tobi the pharmacist was amazing! She was very patient and professional. I would highly recommend you visit this location if you need any vaccines or prescriptions. The lady at the front desk was also wonderful taking the time to check for any discounts we could apply to our order. Overall 10/10

As a Walgreens employee having to wait almost 10 minutes for them to unlock body wash as one employee with keys might I add just walked by and two employee at the front just looked down at me,to another employee that was maybe off but assisted, for that same employee to come back and unlock the other item to walk to the front. Not only was there no customer no asked if i needed any help. Do better girls.

The parhamacy/ clinic at this location is such a disappointment. Scheduled an MMR vaccine for June 24 (this was made on June 19). They had 3 days not including the weekend of course to reach out to me but they didn't bother to tell me that they didn't have any of that vaccine in stock UNTIL THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Really disappointed in them as it's my favorite Walgreens in the area, that's truly the only reason I couldn't leave a 1 star.
