Very bad customer service i come in use the atm machine ask for change for for 20 i got and cashier tells me i have to buy something i ask for the manager he then tells me same so i had the 20 to my sister cause she buys icecream and something esle he tells me i cant give it to her to get change cause i have to buy something this is very crazy and i was trated poorly sad someone has to go through that

They have the worse phone costumer skills i have ever seen. They pick up the phone. Then they mumble something,then put you on hold. Only to hang up on you. It always takes me a couple of phone calls and several hours to get through to talk to someone! Please get Better!!?

Just want to say the manager at this store was very racist and did not help us made us wait for 30 minutes to not even come back to help us and this is a place no one should come to and shop,please try any other Walgreens but this one.

I used the fedex at walgreens by photo over two weeks ago and everyday im told fedex will pick up at 7 long story short the package never sent even after speaking with day and night manager. Do not use this location to ship packages the staff does not care about timelines or customer service. The future of these establishments these days worries me because the word accountability is not taught at all.

Even though hold time was long, and they did not have prescription in stock, their knowledge in substitution was great. Thank you pharmacy for going above and beyond. BTW this was the 3rd location I’d looked into.

The pharmacy sucks. Got a prescription sent over and they canceled it because insurance issues without notice. Had to go get a paper prescription and bring it to them the medication prescription had written that it had 3 refills but they put 0 . My medicine was supposed to be ready the next day but it was ready 3 days later. They’re also rude especially the main pharmacist lady

Why offer pick up orders if the employees going to cancel. The items are in stock I have placed couple of orders a few times and they have cancelled.

Called this location because my usual pharmacy was out of my medication. Finally get through to someone in pharmacy, and they inform me that they do indeed have the medication in stock; however, it's being held for "special patients". To clarify, not that the medication has been filled, and is awaiting pick-up. It's purposefully being withheld from others for reasons unclear, but suspect to say the least.

i figure id take advantage of the curbside pick up, i needed an item to help with a terrible pain im experiencing when i walk, i got emails saying my order could not be fulfilled and it was cancelled, so i figured id stop by and go in the store for an alternative, of course the item i ordered online was on the shelf! UGH don't offer the service if you're not going to do the actual orders!

If I could give this place no star's I would be you have to give something to do a review. So I schedule my children a covid test. I keep them from school until it's time. I go up there because it's time for them to take the test. The tell me the day of a at the time of them to take the test that they don't have any. How inconvenience is this. So I go in to talk to the manager and she tells me that they are trying to contacted the individual that have scheduled for a test to let them know. Well I have not 1 but 2 chicken taking the test and I have not gotten not one call. Please call to make sure after you have scheduled an appointment to see if they have test in store.

Waiting on the phone is a joke , bad service ! Don’t waste your time and go to cvs or another location.
