This is really our only Pharmacy choice that's near our house - even after getting emails, texts and phone messages saying my prescription is ready to pick up - it NEVER is ready on time. Why go through all the hassle to notify me 3 different ways when it's never accurate? Don't get me wrong - the Pharmacist on site is very nice but the inconvenience is really hard to make up for.

Scheduled a 2nd vaccine dose here about an hour ago. Drove all the way here and pharmacist says we've been out of psizer for a couple of days ago we meant to call all of our appointments. I explained to her I just made an appointment 30 mins ago. She had nothing to say but helped to show me where I can do a walk visit but there our to lunch for the next hour. Finding the location is horrible it's inside the hospital Dan you have to pay parking.

After making an appointment online the week prior for the Pfizer vaccine and taking off work they had no record of the appointment, it’s inside a hospital so not a fast easy in/easy out (the website does not tell you this when finding a vaccine location); and you still have to pay for parking even though they messed up your appointment. Go to Costco where you don’t need an appointment and pharmacy is open to non-Costco members.

Very pleased with the service! I thought it was pretty cool that the Hospital had a Walgreens in it! The staff were efficient and very kind. I needed a TDAP for school. The tech did not hesitate to help me out. The pharmacist was great as well. I didn't feel pain with the shot, she also provided me with the proper documentation that I needed being it was for a nursing program. Thank you!!!

I've been here for weeks with my husband's transplant, so I needed a medication called in for me, as we are 2hrs from our home. They had my Rx ready as soon as I walked from building D & were so very helpful. You can tell staff shows extra care, so I feel they are perfect for working in such a large hospital environment

Pharmacy extremely rude on the phone glad I didn't go in. Go to a real Walgreens where they might have some customer service skills.

A very limited in supply but very conveniently located pharmacy in Building A of Medical City Dallas. There used to be two Walgreens in Medical City now there is only one and of course it the one farthest from my doctor's office. Oh well, I need the walk!
