I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to get my meds after my relocation from Wisconsin to Dallas. Even though I had made a visit to my local Walgreens in Northeast Wisconsin to stop my refills and my PCP had called in my prescriptions to a Walgreens near my new home in Dallas. They were still refilled 1,250 miles away. Both folks at the Walgreens at 18410 Preston Rd., Andrea at the counter and Pharmacist Cornelia made the necessary adjustments to complete my prescriptions at that moment and save me a return trip
even though I said I lived near by and that it wasn't a problem to make a second trip. They, together made a special effort in a world of poor customer service to make my life easier on a hot summer Texas day. It's nice to be back in Texas with these kind of folks.

FRAUD/PRICE GOUGING DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY
Whent to the pharmacy to pick up prescription, checked price when ordering and before picking up. While being checked out i mentioned walmart was charging more than double what walgreens was for the Rx, pharmacist voided my Rx and then doubled the price on the label with no reason given. Pharmacy manager shrugged it off and then ignored my questions.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy. They will pick up and just keep putting you back on hold to avoid talking to you.

Rude rude rude !!! I live nearby, every time I come here to buy something the staff either grumpy or have nasty attitude... always have negative energy towards customer !! It's like they not happy with their job Specially the cashiers , either on the phone or just trying to look cute . The bathrooms are always nasty . Customer service sucks! And when you ask for help they always give attitude. Horrible location , staff wit nasty attitude and no manners!!!!!!

Not sure what happen to the old manager and crew but this is by far the worst Walgreens. I been sitting in the pharmacy line for 35 mins now because I can't go inside. This isn't the first time they've taken forever. What is going on. Somebody please get control of this new crew!

Most of the time, the pharmacy isn't bad. However, I spoke to a woman working the pharmacy counter and drive-through, and she told me that she is "allergic to people" after asking me if I am allergic to any medications. She had treated me poorly in the past, but I just figured that she was having a bad day then. Now she straightforwardly tells me that she's misanthropic. It's bizarre that someone who openly confesses her hatred for other people works at a pharmacy, but there it is. I've recently had some trouble getting my inhaler for my asthma, and while I can't prove this employee had anything to do with it, I suspect that she did.I tried to send a complaint to Walgreens corporate, but the form on their website doesn't work, which leads me to question whether Walgreens actually wants to hear any complaints.

This location certainly does not represent the quality Walgreens brand in either their pharmacy or the store, which is a major disappointment! This is a relatively busy shopping center and one would expect excellent customer service in this location. You won't get that here. I have used various Walgreens locations for more than 20 years to dispense my medications, and have shopped in Walgreens stores where pharmacy and store staff are friendly, and incredibly helpful. Since that is not the case at this location, I will happily drive across the street to the new CVS store that was recently built for my pharmacy and store needs now.

Worst run place ever. The new idiots in the pharmacy need to go. Not all are bad but when you get attitude from the person with the mustache it's ridiculous. Don't bother going here find another place.

Don’t COVID test past 430 PM, got there and took over 30 minutes to get thru line, they just said cannot test past 5 PM no way to contact pharmacy once your Stuck in line, good luck!
