Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Transferred my prescription from CVS to here and I wish I never had! 3 weeks and it’s not ready! Tried to transfer it back to CVS and they are not releasing the hold! 5 hours later and still not resolved.

The worst pharmacy customer service. Long wait time, rude staff and nobody answers the phone. Average hold time calling in to speak to staff will take you at least 30 minutes.

I had a prescription from the doctor stating clearly the dosage of the medicine "as needed," and per company policy, they wouldn't sell the medicine.
They call the doctor, and the directions are so clear that the doctor would send the same prescription again with the same directions. Walgreens wants to know if I need the medicine one a day or 300 times a day. I'm still here on pain. No wonder this place has 2 and a 1/2 stars and I think that's too much.These people are ridiculous.These people are not doing their job.I don't need to know why they exist.And what I'm missand one of your skip.Some busy all they're doing is making other people live miserable. The waiting on the phone line is the most ridiculous thing this is like trying to Talk to someone in the white house but worse.

You are mainly getting two stars for the two black ladies that work night shift they’re the sweetest most amazing and helpful ladies you have. When the ladies are off and your other lady that is in charge is rude, hateful and I would rather do without anything. I need than to walk in there when she’s there. The other reason you get two stars is I do not understand and this is the only app. I know that will see it with expired coupon coupons and expired sales on the app. Do you have it where everything expires on Saturday but yet it’s still sitting on your app as though it’s on sale or the coupon is still valid that’s ridiculous and I see no other apps that do that

I'll give this an extra star for the convenient hours. I've repeatedly had to wait in line over an hour just to pick up medications, have experienced regular 45+ min holds during calls, never receive notices that my prescription is ready, and they're constantly out of stock on medications. Very poor communication skills over here.

Pull up to a Walgreens during its normal operating hours and it's closed? Sign made with Sharpie and scrap paper on the door saying closed due to short staff. I looked in the door and saw three people in there. It takes more than three people to cash someone out?

I have to write about the pharmacist Payson I hope I’m spelling it right. She has always been so pleasant and patient no matter what. I just had to let her know that I am very grateful for her kindness. We need more people like this when it comes to the pharmacy and customer service! 🌹

The slowest and most unhelpful pharmacy I've ever been to. They keep transferring me from person to person and I have been on the hone for 35 minutes for one prescription. Ashley is very unfriendly and not helpful at all.
Update : After more interactions here I will be switching to another pharmacy. This place is a nightmare. Their automated systems hang up non stop, my doctors office has had to spend hours on hold with them, and they delete coupon codes from your account so that every month when you try to refill, it’s the biggest hassle ever. Do not recommend going here.

Do not use this pharmacy. I suspect they are understaffed and overtaxed. I’ve always had some issue with my prescription or some outlandish wait. Final
straw was Yvette the pharmacist, nasty attitude but I don’t fault her I suspect she’s overwhelmed. All the same, go somewhere where they can be kind and helpful.
