Managers and pharmacy team are absolutely awful. Waiting days on end for a prescription to be filled when CVS was able to fill it in a matter of seconds for me. Worst store ever and will not be going back

It would be nice if the pharmacist would pick up their phone so a customer can get a prescribed medicine called into your pharmacy by the doctor! ANSWER YOUR PHONES update..the pharmacist still don't answer their phones. You can't transfer prescription if you tried! Very poor online service.

I was just told by the pharmacist that they wouldn’t fill my prescription because it’s from an online doctor. When I offered to have my online doctor verify that he is in-fact a doctor, the pharmacist declined anyways and told me to just cancel the prescription and get a new one at a different pharmacy. I now get to suffer through the medication’s withdrawals while at work and will have to pay another $100 for a new doctor’s appointment. I hope this pharmacist gets some help.

Don’t they to call them you will be on hold for at least 30 minutes. Excuse is always not enough help, time to switch to a new pharmacy

The pharmacy is garbage. We can’t count the number of times we’ve held on the phone for 10 - 15 minutes before one of them picks up the line and hangs it up. And you’ll be waiting ages in line in person too. Plan on being inside for 20 - 30 minutes waiting.

They messed up my prescription twice, gave me a 25 day supply when my doctor sent them an order for a 90 day supply. When I asked them why I was getting a 25 day supply, they told me that my insurance did not cover the 90 day supply. I later called up my insurance and they told me that I was covered for a 90 day supply. My insurance called the pharmacy with me on the line and the guy who answered the phone was extremely dismissive, did not provide a solution and hung up on us. What a COMPLETE waste of time; I felt like I was dealing with a government agency at a 3rd world country.

Chris and George were incredibly rude. Chris informed me that he was not able to assist finding a pharmaceutical item because he was not on the floor and to find an associate after I tried for 20 minutes. George was incredibly dismissive after he had to come to the front to print a receipt due to it being sent to an email initially. Walgreens you must improve your screening process for hiring the faces of your store.

Whoever the girl was that answered the phone around 4:15PM or so on Friday 07-26-24 was,. She was completely non caring and simply rude. She had no desire to help me with my medicine refill. She was short, and you could hear it in her voice as she just didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager, so she put me on hold for so long I had to hang up. No wonder this store has a 2 star review. I've changed where I do my refills, I would suggest you do the same. Karma,be a better person whoever you are. That could be someone talking to your child that way.

While waiting on a medication and there was a pharmacist/ doctor order discrepancy. My phone died and a pharmacy tech told me I could use the photo booth the briefly charge my phone to contact a doctor. The front door store man agreed and showed me which to use. about 10 minutes after charging my phone came on and I contacted my doctor. After purchasing some items I stayed there a bit to clarify my doctor received everything. In the midst of that the “store manager” Kyle RUDELY told me that wont work to charge your phone. I statedit did work . He stated well you need to wrap it up thats for paying photobooth customers only! I asked him not to be rude and he continued . I explained why i needed it for my EMERGENCY medicine and said please make sure everyone knows this rule. Then proceeds to ridicule his employees for being generous infront of patrons . He is no manager just rude to customers and to employees !

Horribly slow wait times. I was on hold for 20min and had the call dropped, then waited nearly 40min on the second call attempt. There were only two people ahead of me for that call. Completely unacceptable.

Pharmacy is constantly behind and gives incorrect information about prescriptions. Takes about 3-4 days just to refill a basic prescription, and you need to call them about 2-3 times to make sure refill orders placed on the app are looked at and processed. If not, your request will just sit for weeks.

Previously, I relied on Kroger Pharmacy for all my prescription needs, but due to recurring issues with customer service and encountering rude behavior from some staff members, I made the decision to discontinue my patronage.
Upon recommendations, I visited the Walgreens Pharmacy in Cedar Spring Oaklawn, where I found the service to be notably pleasant. However, to my disappointment, during my recent visit, I encountered an employee who exhibited unprofessional conduct. The individual in question displayed a dismissive attitude, neglected to inquire about any pending refills or other medications, and overall, failed to provide adequate customer care.
Such behavior raises concerns about the quality of service being delivered. I believe it is essential for management to address and rectify these instances of poor customer service promptly, as it reflects negatively on the reputation of the establishment.
I hope that this matter can be addressed efficiently to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all customers in the future.
