The pharmacy needs help, serious help. No matter what time I pickup a prescription there’s always at least a 10-15 minute wait. I’m not sure if their staff is slow or they are just too busy. If they are too damn busy, staff it correctly.

Make sure the medicine you buy for your kids is not expired. Apparently they don’t keep up with what is on their shelves. My son had surgery done so I came in and got him medicine for pain and didn’t check date til I was about to give him some. Unprofessional.

Terrible pharmacy: if there’s an issue with your prescription they will not do anything even if they’re supposed to. I.e. if something is unclear and the pharmacist/tech is advised to call your doctor to clarify, they won’t. Icing on the cake is getting asked for money (by panhandlers) in the parking lot.

It’s always a big waste of time. Parking lot is sketchy: people roaming and asking for money. Inside, their first aid aisle is almost empty. Pharmacy needs to get their act together.

I just want to say this Walgreens has the best pharmacy pharmacist. In the world I've been going to their Pharmacy for like 5 years. They go above and beyond. And make you feel like family. They really care about your health needs and it touches my heart. Thank you so much Walgreens pharmacy

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dimple Petal the pharmacist on call is the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever met. I have been to dozens of Walgreens and never had any problems until now. All the other pharmacists seemed friendly and helpful meanwhile she has held my medication for 2 weeks now. My doctor gave the pharmacy okay to have it filled but she had continued to hold the medication and made it as difficult as possible to obtain. Idk how she is still legally allowed to work in this industry.

Staff are always friendly but it's not a safe store to stop by alone. I've even been approached at 10am on a Saturday morning getting out of my car and he was waiting for me to come back out.

Very ill informed employees. I stopped by on a Saturday evening at 6:33 PM, unaware that this pharmacy closes at 6 PM. So I asked an employee stocking merchandise why the pharmacy was closed. He tells me that he THINKS they closed for lunch - "they may be back around 7" he says.

Pharmacy is not transparent when filling Rxs. I was prescribed #60 gm of a cream, but for no reason they could give me, only filled #15 gm for the SAME PRICE with my ins.! Luckily, I asked what the size was because I wanted to compare prices with Goodrx since I have a high deductible. They suddenly, magically had a larger tube in stock. I get home, only to find out my pills were also "partially filled". As a customer, I would expect to be told when picking up a Rx that my Rx was partially filled to give me the opportunity to decline filling it there and go elsewhere OR taking the inconvenience of going back in 2 weeks for the remainder of the original quantity on the Rx written by my doctor

This place is perfectly save as long as you are legally carrying a firearm. Do not come here at night, carrying or not. You could easily get carjacked or robbed in the parking lot. Don't let the fancy townhomes and apartments fool you, this area is still dangerous.

The staff is pretty nice. I was not here to pick up prescriptions so my review does not reflect the staffing and any encounter with the pharmacy department. The store only had one lady working the registers so the line was pretty long. When I paid for my items and exited the store I came out to find someone in the parking lot had hit my vehicle and took off. There is pretty significant damage to my car that I will now have to fix at my expense. I filed a police report but there was nothing they can do. If there were any witnesses no one came forward. The store manager stated they have no surveillance in or facing the parking lot. So based on this one encounter I will not coming to this location ever again.

Current time is 4:10pm on 2/4/17. Had one (1) picture to be printed. Got an email that said that my one (1) and only picture will be ready at 2:54pm on 2/4/17. Got to the store and told the guy my name, and he told me that the one picture isn't ready and to come back in an hour, FOR ONLY ONE PICTURE. The photo center wasn't busy at all, to the point that I had the front cashier call the photo guy over. Not coming back, even though I live 5 minuets away.

This review is based solely on my pharmacy visits. The pharmacy staff is super nice even when they're busy, they don't rude and pushing you along. They're working quick to get the people loving but you never feel rushed. You can tell they have a good relationship with their regulars too. The pharmacist is pretty awesome! He's genuine and honest. I was picking up an antibiotic and he insisted to make sure to eat with it since it's a strong drug even though you could take it on an empty stomach according to the label. I like those doctors/pharmacists that go above and beyond. If you're looking for a regular pharmacy to pick up around you, make this it!

I like this Walgreens, especially their pharmacy. I get all my prescriptions filled here (because it's close to my office and easy to drop by after work) and I've never waited more than 10 minutes in line (which I think is totally reasonable at a pharmacy). You can refill prescriptions on their website and specify when you want to pick it up, and when I made a mistake ordering online and called the pharmacy they were very nice and very accommodating, and they had my prescription ready within an hour. The rest of the store is a little rundown and they don't have many checkout stations, which can result in a bit of a wait at checkout, but all employees have been kind and helpful, and they have quite an extensive greeting card selection (with cards in both Spanish and English).

Oh the joys of living in downtown and having limited places to shop. I'm really glad I don't use this place for prescriptions based on the other reviews... This place is pretty much just like every other Walgreens, expect it's dirtier, and I swear the few times I've come during the evening hours there is a cop car in the parking lot. It always seems like I just missed some sort of crime. So I just try to stay away from this place, although it's been convenient on occasion.

ABSOLUTELY horrible. i've utilized this location twice in the last 2 weeks for my mother's prescriptions. each time i waited 2 hours. each time. it's in a horrible neighborhood and the customer service sucks, majorly. it's messy and unorganized. a very horrible experience. and i am not racist by any means, but i don't speak spanish, not fluently. none of the employees there speak fluent english, which is actually pretty horrible considering that texas is in the united states, which is an english speaking place. i understand that the area is heavily populated with hispanic people; but there are also non-hispanic people who need shit from there too. and we get the short end of the the stick because the employees can't understand a word that we are saying.

I went to Walgreens after class Tuesday night, (9/6/2005) and sat in the drive-thru for over an hour. Below is an account of why I switched all of my prescriptions to CVS the very next day. They sent me an email to tell me that my prescriptions were ready and you get there and they aren't. You set up automatic refills for the 6th of the month; they get them ready on the 30th of the previous month and return them to stock before you actually come to get them on the 6th. They tell you your prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and then they fill every other prescription that comes in after you and you end up sitting there with your engine running on $3.05/gallon gas while they get to yours. I dropped off my new prescriptions from my former Incompetent Neurologist (FIN) and told them that I needed all of them (5) filled except for the Relpax, as that was just a new prescription (aka, more refills) for a drug I was already taking and had just refilled last week, plus the prescription on the "automatic refill is ready" email from that morning. They said to come back at 845pm I drove up and they told me it would be a few minutes. Granted it was 8:40 and they had told me 8:45 so I wasn't ticked off, yet. At 9:05 the Pharmacist came over to the window and asked me if I wanted the Medrol, as my chart showed me allergic to cortisone and cortisone steroid packs, that I would most likely have a reaction to it too. I said no, that's ok, I'll call the doctor and tell them I'm not going to take that one. So then the cashier said it would be $20.00. To which my response was, "for 4 prescriptions?" They said "no, you only had one." "Um, NO!" "I brought you two sheets of paper that had a total of 5 prescriptions on them. I said I needed all of them except for the Relpax. Plus I said I needed the one that was ready, according to the email that YOUR computer system sent to me today. Minus the one the pharmacist and I just decided that I didn't need to take due to allergies. That would leave 4 prescriptions." "Um, Just a Minute." This was at 9:15. 9:16 9:17 9:18 9:19 9:20 9:21 9:22 9:23 9:24 9:25 9:26 9:27 9:28 9:29 9:30 9:31 9:32 9:33 9:34 9:35 9:36 9:37 9:38 9:39 9:40 9:41 9:42 9:43 9:44 9:45 9:46 9:47 9:48. "Ok, the manager discounted one of your prescriptions. That will be $50.00." They open the drawer and hand me the sack. I count them. Guess how many were in sack. Go ahead Guess. 4? WRONG! There were only three in the sack. *HONK, HONK, HONK* "Yes, can I help you?" Um, where is the other prescription? Um, you said you didn't want it. No that would have been the 5th prescription, I'm asking about the 4th one, the one that your computer sent me an email this morning telling me it was ready. "Hmmm, Just a minute." 9:52 9:53 9:54. "Um, oh, that prescription isn't ready because your insurance won't cover it until September 14th." "Then why on this Mud Ball Called Earth did y'all email me THIS MORNING and tell me it was READY? " "Um, I don't know." ********* Why did I move my prescriptions to CVS? "Um, I don't know."
