This is the worst Walgreens ever! This is an update and NOTHING has changed!!! I just called and was on hold for so long! When the tech finally answered the phone, she asked for the usual… last and first name… then it got silent. So I said hello she didn’t say anything! I said hello again and she says with the funkiest, nastiest attitude “Um hello, just wait a minute”. Before I knew it I said “you have a funky ssa attitude…. I’m not happy about how fast I reacted or my choice of words! She was so rude and nasty!!! I hope corporate does something about people like her!!! She doesn’t deserve to be doing any type of customer service!! I’m in a GREAT mood today and almost let her ruin it! Do better Walgreens!!!

totally ugly, I received one of my prescriptions on the 3rd, yesterday they received another one, I had to go in the afternoon to see if my medicine was ready and it turns out they didn't have it until today, April 5th, and it turns out they have one of the pills until Monday the 5th, what the hell is this about, why are they so non-compliant?

My 86 year old MIL has a sinus infection and they can't fill a prescription for a Z pack and cough syrup for 2 days. That is unacceptable.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PHARMACY UNLESS YOU LOVE BEING STRESSED OUT BECAUSE COMING HERE WILL MOST DEFINITELY DO IT.......This Walgreens use to be awesome well the pharmacy part but now they are just as bad as there sister/brother store on cockrell hill walmart trust me I have tried to convince my own mother to switch but she won't that's how bad this place is, you will get ignored by the pharmacy staff like they don't see you there. The wait is just a freaking nightmare.

Walgreens, do better. The shelves of this store are almost completely empty. Pricing is terrible - almost double Amazon pricing on many items. Never enough employees so lines are always long.
Either start functioning properly or shut down so another retailer can come in and serve the community.

I’ve been holding for (going on) an hour and a half now. This is not out of the ordinary for this pharmacy. It’s a regular occurrence. It shouldn’t take this long to speak to someone.

Reading all the reviews I realized I'm one of many with bad experience on the pharmacy side.
Got a prescription called in after taking it myself but because it was cut off they wouldn't take it. Waited two days and got no call for pick up. I decided to come in and ask about my prescription after being on the phone 30 mins waiting on someone to answer, girl picks up and hang up on me within seconds. I came in and was told my prescription wasent ready that they would call me. 5 days pass it's now 7 days since my prescription was called in, and no call back. Again I call! 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer the damn phone, they finally answer 2 minutes before I get there again! The girl said how it wasent ready because they couldn't mix my prescription unless I was there. That maybe the girl that helped me out last time didn't know that was the case. 7 days to get a damn prescription. Oh and the African American lady not sure her name but pretty sure she's one of the higher ups has the worst attitude! Instead of talking to me directly being steps away from me, kept talking straight to one of the techs like I wasent there. Terrible service. Everyone needs training

Avoid this store. Chronically understaffed. Pharmacy often takes 4-5 hours to fill prescription, if it even gets done same day. Store has been mismanaged for years.

This place is horrible. I don’t understand why corporate has not stopped in. They are terrible at keeping items in stock. And when you use the pharmacy it’s even worse. My daughter has been off of her medication for days because of them. They waited until the second time we came in to tell us that they’re out of stock. Mind you I went the day before and they did not say that to me.

First, give up trying to call, even the CVS pharmacy cant get through I have to call my Provider and Care Now to get my prescription moved. They are absolute worst they simple do not care I am 70 with the flu and it's been 48 hours sine they receive . There are heatless. Once I was in the pharmacy and a man was complaining once he left two of the pharmacy ha
d a big laught at him. I have use them since 2017 and will transfer all as soon as I get well.

The pharmacy is the WORST! They neglected to have my prescription ready for weeks and I am suppose to take my medication daily. When I actually go up there to see what’s going on with my medicine, the pharmacist finally goes to get the medication off the shelf after the first pharmacist tells me they don’t have it. When I explain it’s been 2 weeks that they have told me they didn’t have it, she says I still have to wait until later today to get it. I asked since it’s been two weeks since I haven’t taken my daily medication can should expedite it while I was there, and she said no. Horrible customer service and negligence. They need someone in there that actually understands how to run a pharmacy. 0 stars! I will be switching to another pharmacy.

DO NOT SEND MEDICATION OR GET MEDICATION FROM HERE!!!! Worse pharmacy in Dallas, one person will tell you that your medication is almost ready, and the next they say they haven't got it , takes almost a week to receive medication. At this point one can only assume some shady stuff is going on whit the medication people don't pick up.

The pharmacy here is HORRIBLE. My prescriptions are delayed a min 3-4 days every time they are filled by my doctor and stuck in processing status. Calling to inquire is worthless as they hardly pick up the phone. When you show up in person they often tell you it will tell you it will be ready in 1-2 hrs. When you show up again same story. Only positive is the staff is very friendly. They seem to be understaffed and possibly undertrained. Also there seems to be some back of room re-ordering issues as often meds are out of stock and the staff isn’t aware until the refill request is submitted, which I don’t believe is their fault.
