horrible. had an emergency prescription sent here for my puppy and could not get them to answer the phone for 2 hours. i got through to someone once who put me on hold immediately before the call was disconnected. how is this acceptable business practice?

Is it possible to rate this pharmacy with zero stars? I'm considering switching to an out-of-network pharmacy because this one has been so consistently disappointing. They can't seem to handle simple tasks like receiving a prescription sent at 9 AM. When you inquire about it, they act clueless and suggest calling your doctor instead, even though the doctor confirms sending it. This pharmacy's track record is frustrating; Walgreens should improve or reconsider their operations.

The pharmacy keeps putting up random arbitrary rules that don’t make sense. Doesn’t follow DEA requirements, will not prescribe based on the pharmacist's objections, even against the doctors orders. Completely ridiculous

I plan on waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour every time I have to pick up my meds...3 cars already left it was taking so long....and again it's EVERY TIME...the customer service is horrible when you finally get there. I really wish I had another pharmacy closer by that was better.

I now understand why this Walgreens has such horrible reviews. The pharmacists are sweet but the techs are terrible. Just got off the phone with a tech and when she tells me “we simply fax a new prescription request” and I told her “what if they don’t receive fax.” She rudely tells me “then you just have to call them” and then hangs up in my face. I have been having complications with this Walgreens pharmacy for months now. This is the last straw. They’re so slow. Nothing is ever done unless you call them multiple times. I’m done.

This place is horrible. They refused to give me a covid booster because I had insurance. For people that do not they give them out for free.

When I tried to order curbside they always Cancel my order, and when I went in to see if they actually had it stock they did but the employees there were putting on a grey cart to take home because the sales. Not fair to customers that they can take 20 detergents and a good number of softeners and not leave any for customers. This store has gone down hill these past 6 months.

Horrible. My prescription was sent around 10AM. I get there at 6:30PM. The response I get " it's not ready but do you need it now so we can work on it ". I said yes and she said well come back in an hour to see if we have it ready. Around that time they will be closed already. Had to wait till the next day and yet made me wait 30 more minutes.

They ignore doing what They supposed to do. I had prescriptions to pick up at CVS and CVS told me that my insurance is not in their network and suggested me that They can transfer them to Walgreens where I will be able to use my insurance. They ask me to talk to one of Walgreens to call them so They can transfer them. I talked to one guy of this Walgreen and He told me that CVS have to call them for this but last time at the same Walgreen did call this CVS and got my prescription and now They don’t want to do it and faking that CVS need to call them for this . Lazy guys who don’t have customer service.

I've been waiting in line for the pharmacy now for 25+ minutes. Wish I could say this is a rare instance, but this is typical for this pharmacy. I've waited 45+ minutes on several occasions.

Extremely upset with the pharmacy . I dropped off my sons prescription and the gentle men that was at the window didn't greet me or anything . Also he didn't ask for any information regarding my insurance . I figured all Walgreens are connected which mean they would have my sons information. Long story short , not once did they call me informing me anything. 24 hours laters I decided to call about the status of his prescription , to my surprise I spoke to a tech and informed me that it wasn't filled because of our insurance . I proceeded with giving her the information and she didn't help and so i had to call again until I got a hold of someone that was able to help which I must admit she was very helpful I am sure she was the Pharmacist. Please avoid this Walgreens . My son was ill and they didn't bother reaching out to me. BAD SERVICE !!!

Pharmacist (black lady with short hair) is extremely rude. I was looking for something and the pharm techs knew nothing about and kept going back there to get clarity on what I was looking for.After 10 minutes of no resolution and the pharm techsnot being able to help, they went back there again and she finally decided to get off of her behind and stop eating (or whatever she was doing) to only come from behind the counter without her pants even buttoned and stomach showing. Just to recommend that I do something completely unsanitary versus purchasing new medical supplies / equipment. Plz do not go here asking the pharmacist anything serious. She is clearly a very unserious person.
