By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Every single prescription takes hours longer than estimated. Sometimes they don’t even fill it until you call, but not without being on hold for about half an hour. Do not waste your time here. The staff has a very “not my job” attitude and has no sense of urgency when it comes to life altering medication for people.

Went to buy something on sale and when I went to the counter the clerk asked "do you have a phone number with Walgreens?" I said no instinctively After being rung up I ask the lady how come this isn't the sales price. She said "that's why I asked you for the number' making me feel dumb for asking. Worse part is I have a Walgreens number I just didn't know I needed it for the sale and I was so taken back from the response I just left.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. Absolutely horrible. They filled my prescription wrong and insurance denied it so I had to go in the store and talk to them with my insurance company on the phone to get them to understand how to approve it.
I then watched one of the cashiers laugh at a customer who was upset because her prescription was having the same problem. She clearly did not know what she was doing.
Absolutely unprofessional staff.

The worst at taking prescription orders over the phone with no option to leave a voicemail. I've currently been on hold for 11 min and still waiting.
Update: was left on hold for 14 min and then sent to VM, left a voicemail for a patient, and was then told by patient that Walgreens surprisingly never received it. What a joke. Going forward, your business is being sent elsewhere.

Horrific Walgreens Pharmacy. Incompetent staff, consistently make prescription errors, known to be the slowest pharmacy in DFW. It is shocking how bad they are. If anyone knows how I can report to corporate, please let me know. They need new staff.

Called to see if they had a basic flu medication. They said yes and said wait 90min. We got there and asked about it, they said wait another 30 then they said they were out.
