This store’s level of service has improved over the years that I’ve lived in the area. The cashiers at the front are friendly even when extremely busy. The pharmacy team is knowledgeable and nice.

NEVER use this pharmacy. An hour waiting in line. My wife was on hold all day just trying to get 1 medication. They are WAY understaffed and incompetent.

My sister in law and nieces came in tonight (9/19/24) to get some band aids. When one of my nieces notices a guy following them. She proceeded to tell her mom they get in line to check out and so does the guy. They get out to get something else and he also gets out. They get back in line and he does too. He grabs his phone and describes exactly what my 12 year old niece is wearing. They ask the cashier if they can wait behind the counter until my brother gets there. They guys stays by the cashiers and doesn’t walk out. My 15 year old niece informs the manager of what is going on and he is nonchalant about the situation. My question is if the cashier and manager is informed about it why didn’t they call the cops? If you’re a female don’t go to this Walgreens alone if you do record everything.

Understaffed, understocked, and dirty. For the full experience, go in the evening so you can wait in line with the sun in your face. Don't worry; there will be a line.

Pharmacy is a joke! At least 3 times in the last 6 months I’ve had to wait longer than 24 hours to get prescriptions that were necessary to be taken immediately. Pharmacist has no sense of urgency or seems to care at all. I had surgery and ended up waiting 48 hours for meds. Unacceptable. Will be changing pharmacies.

The pharmacy is in need of serious help I waited 3 hours on the phone to see if my prescription was ready and they just hung up. not to mention this location is ghetto as hellll

Terrible service, they work as if they had no other option. They don't explain anything. You must be asking everything about your medications, they send them and then they tell you that they didn't arrive and it's not true, instead of saying they don't have it. The person who helped me is more than terrible when paying because she says it's in cash, I told her she doesn't have any, she turned around and didn't say anything like that, she kept the medication and didn't give any further explanations.

Horrible customer service from everyone at the pharmacy, very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Also the lady working the drive thru needs her attitude checked.

Pharmacy is slow!!!! They told me a prescription would be ready in an hour. Called twice and said 10 mins and went in store and waited 45 minutes! Then, while paying, she didn't have change for $100 and made me wait another 20 minutes! I hate it here!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Made appointment for a test at the pharmacy. Email states to go inside. I stand in a long line, and they tell me i have to go to drive thru. Why does the email say to go inside then? This company needs to check their policies and procedures and make sure what is sent to patients via email is correct. when one is sick is when these things matter most.
