Walhreens Pharmacy is on point! I had my 70 year old mothers prescription transferred to Dallas. The pharmacy filled out everything and sent it to my old pharmacy. They responded quickly and transferred the prescription. There were a lot of meds, and the technician said it would take 30 to 45 minutes to fill. I had my mother's prescription within 15 minutes!! Outstanding customer service and dedication to providing superior service!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just went today to this location (#3879) and there’s an awful smell in the store. Then I overheard employees talking about a rat infestation that management is refusing to address. Apparently their solution is to simply wipe everything down. Gross!!

I visited STORE # 3879 – 3732 W NORTHWEST HWY, Dallas, TX 75220 at 7:30 AM on October 10 and had a troubling encounter with an employee named Ivonne. As I approached the entrance on my scooter, I noticed Ivonne locking the door behind a customer. Initially, I thought it was standard safety protocol. However, as I finished a text message, I saw Ivonne yell through the locked door, “You’re not coming in here and you know why!”
This statement struck me as odd because I had never been to this store before, and I had not even reached the front door for her to recognize me or make any assumptions. I informed her that I had never visited this location.
During this time, Ivonne called the police, which I welcomed, hoping they could clarify the situation. When the officer arrived, I explained that Ivonne was accusing me of being someone I wasn’t. The officer spoke with Ivonne, who claimed that I was a known thief and had stolen from the store multiple times. Despite her assertion that she recognized me, she could provide no identifiable information about the alleged thief.
Ivonne claimed she had worked there for 13 years and knew her customers well. If that were true, she would not have falsely accused me. The officer told me that Ivonne was going to inform me I could no longer enter the store, as I would be trespassing.
Ivonne then came out and reiterated that I had stolen from the store numerous times. I again stated that I had never been there before, but she continued to insist otherwise, refusing to acknowledge the truth.
I have also noticed that this store appears to have a history of discriminatory profiling, as reflected in several Google reviews. This incident does not seem to be isolated, and I believe there should be an investigation into this location to determine whether the management is fostering a hostile environment through baseless claims and discriminatory treatment.
I have filed a complaint with corporate and plan to contact the district and store managers. Additionally, I am considering seeking legal counsel regarding this incident, as I have been falsely accused by Ivonne.

Do not order from the photo department. They don't have anyone in charge. Same-day pick up prints for a photography business, were not ready. Reached out the day after, since status still said 'processing', come to find out they are 'out of poster paper' and won't get any delivered until the end of the week. No notification or whatsoever, missed client on our end. After asking about why I didn't receive a notification the manager answered 'I don't work in that department' instead of apologizing for the inconvenience?! Lack of leadership it seems.

Ordered online and asked if a certain item is not available - substitute with any brand for similar item. The store just cancelled half my order for OOS- it is just a pure disregard to customers request. I am not going there.

Urgent Need for Improved Leadership at Walgreens Pharmacy
On March 8th at around 7:30 pm CST, my experience at the Walgreens pharmacy on Northwest Highway and Turtle Creek was markedly disappointing, primarily due to the lead pharmacist’s conduct. Despite prior confirmations with the staff and my doctor, I arrived after a 30-minute drive only to encounter a lack of coordination and accountability, rooted in the lead pharmacist’s attitude.
This pharmacist exhibited smug rudeness and a dismissive demeanor, failing to address the errors made under her supervision. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue, she chose defensiveness, undermining the core principles of customer service. Her apparent belief that she was the sole authority in the pharmacy exacerbated the situation, demonstrating a concerning lack of empathy and managerial skill.
This incident not only reflects poorly on the individuals involved but also suggests a broader issue of leadership within this Walgreens pharmacy. Effective management is crucial, and it is evident that the current leadership is not fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, or customer-centricity.
For potential customers considering this location, I recommend waiting until there are tangible improvements in management and staff training. It is vital for Walgreens to ensure their pharmacies operate with a focus on accountability, communication, and genuine care for customer concerns.

I love this pharmacy. They are super quick and nice. No awkward jokes. They are concentrated on what they are doing.

This place is the biggest joke, do not go there and Waste your time with inconsiderate employees, who are intentionally slow at the register, with managers who are disrespectful and follow people around. I guess they think everybody's stealing. And when I ask if I can get some help those same managers disappear like cockroaches when the lights turn on. The entire structure is trash. From the GM all the way down to the stockers. The pharmacy is also trash. You might be able to get a very common drug there and it won't be very expensive. But if you need anything that is semi-uncommon, you will not be able to get it. My mother is diabetic, she can no longer get her insulin there nor do they have the syringes she needs at any time. Just go to CVS or Walmart or anywhere else. Do not spend your money at Walgreens at Northwest Highway and lemon they are trash Dookie..

For several years I have frequented this location because it is convenient for me. That said, the past couple of times I have been in, the staff (with the exception of 1 or 2 people) are apathetic, slow and lazy in their customer care.I cannot say ENOUGH about the awesomeness about the Pharmacists himself, and his team, but the regular store employees need some etiquette training & to realize customers don't HAVE to choose Walgreens.
