The store clerk, Irene, was very helpful with getting my FEDEX package ready for shipment. She took time to help me secure the package and get the label on properly. I really appreciate how kind, respectful, friendly, and helpful she was.

Son needed a picture printed for the next day, I've printed dozens of times at this specific location. However tonight is a completely different story. From 7:15ish to 9:35pm he's dealing with them. I'm in the car. Then the manager Shay G tells him, she doesn't know how to work the machine. After telling him for 2 hours "it takes a long time" so now I go in there and she has the audacity to respond with an attitude- all out rude. She like "I mean..."But I'm just simply trying to find out why she didn't tell him at 7:30 she didn't know how to work the machine. That would've left us with the option to go to another location to utilize their equipment. But noooooo Shay kept telling him this and that 4x my son went in there so when I go into the store requesting the manager. What a great disappointment as she identifies herself as the manager- her mannerisms, her body language, breathing hard, taking deep breaths then Shay starts to position herself closer to me! No ma'am! Her whole demeanor was very off-putting. "Shay you accepted the offer to do this job stop treating customers like we're inconveniencing you by expecting you to... simply do your job, the job that pays your bill, the job that you take the money for performing the task outlined in your job description. I hope the powers that be watch the footage and utilize this situation to help future managers and reconsider if an employee with her level of insufficient knowledge in the area of customer service is a good fit for a management position.

Employee hanging out in women’s restroom on the phone. I, a customer, knocking so she can open the door. Horrible attitude from this employee. Also, ATM is out of cash and not in order.

Terrible customer service. We waited 30 minutes for a tech to help us in photo department.
The front clerk had to call multiple times over the intercom and mic to get someone to help us. Once the clerk came to help she was very condescending and unhelpful and getting our product printed. After a brief back-and-forth, she finally told us that her machine didn’t work.
As we didn’t get what we needed within to 30 minutes, we had to wait. We asked her for the store information as well as her manager’s information..
We asked who was the manager and she stated she was. She went to the back for an additional 10 minutes to write down the information and came back with the fabricated sticky note with false information. This has been a ghetto mess of an experience and terrible customer service.
Corneisha needs proper training and help on customer care and concern!

I am writing this review over a situation that happened a couple hours ago, I went into Walgreens with my mom bought what we needed, some coupons didn’t go through so we wanted an avoid, we waiting over 15 minutes in line waiting for someone to come, they only had 1 register working with a long line. The 2 young lady’s working at the front kept calling the shift lead to come get the avoid, she took her time to come out and all she said was sorry I was in the restroom. One of the young lady’s kept calling constantly for “ Jasmine “ in the speaker.

Idk how the reviews aren’t better since I was just in there and when I tell you EVERYONE on staff was nice and helpful like 10/10! I also called and CiCi helped and I know that woman had to be running all over looking for the things I asked about but was still patient and got the answers and items I needed. 10/10 Would order there or in shop again. Thank yall for making it an easy day!
