This is one of the worst pharmacies no one know how to communicate with their coworkers about transactions being made. They change you for your medicine and when you send someone to pick it up for you because you are working long 12 hour shifts at the hospital ?! They tell them nothing is ready??? & You received notification that it was ready and spoke to what appeared to be a knowlegeable stuff member which you should be in the medical field! Now I have to wait until Monday for my already paid for medication!

The service here is very unorganized. I asked for a pharmacist to ask a quick question, the guy told me I would have to wait because there was 9 people ahead of me (those people were here to pick up meds not talk to pharmacist) so I grabbed something else I go to front line poor girl in the front is frustrated because she's getting no help, no one else is aneurysm phones but her (mind you that there was 5 people working the floor) and when I played they called someone to where I needed help by then I was already on the way out. Really bad service, the lady in the front counter was the only one doing great.

Employees are super nice and friendly. Bilingual staff, perfect location and they treat you with professionalism and respect !.

Completely incompetent pharmacy staff! You will not get your meds dispensed correctly you will not get the supplies you need and when you call back you will get attitude! If you don't like your job you should find something else to do not show your ass to the patrons of your business! And when you call the corporate office you suddenly realize why this place is no longer a viable option for your pharmacy business. The rudest people! I still cannot take my medication as they still have not given me the supplies required to administer the medication. IDIOTS! IF YOU DO BUSINESS HERE STOP! IF YOU ATE THINKING ABOUT DOUNG BUSINESS HERE STOP! However if you thrive on frustration and love to be humiliated then this is your place!

Extremely awful. First, the hours are quite inconvenient, no evenings, no weekends. Second, how am I benefitting here from their "community outreach" exactly?? Looks to me like some SERIOUS rainbow-washing, and a total cash-grab for my very pricey HIV medication here in the Dallas geighborhood. Always surly on the phone, when they call to harass me for a pick-up, threatening to "put it back" if I don't get there fast enough. Seriously.

Kind, friendly, caring techs here for the most part. Go the extra mile of personal phone call reminders, and making sure to familiarize you with your scripts. Never encountered a line or wait. The one drawback is they only have banking hours, not open on weekends. So have to work around that.

They continuously call me about getting my rx filled, but when I show up it’s never ready. They also continuously fail to run my insurance. I have to ask them every single time to apply it which takes even more of my day up.
