Don’t know what’s going on with them. I dropped off my prescriptions off after leaving an urgent care nearby, just antibiotics and an inhaler. I was kind and cordially, the girl at the counter was short and rude. When my family came back to pick them up they said they could not fill them bc contracts with pharmacies… I have a pretty common insurance, that is a lie. (Even if that is true, they should have told me when I left the notes) People could die without access to certain medicines. They are unkind and do not take care of customers. I literally had a 12+ hour day, went to an urgent care and was still kind and patient. I dropped the notes an hour before close, it should have been simple. Glad I am not a regular customer, won’t go there again.

Excellent Customer Service by Ashleigh at Store 5920. Her store was closing down and therefore could not fulfill my photo order. When I placed my order online the night before, the site did not say that my order could not be fulfilled due to closing. Ashleigh called three stores of my choice to ensure that one of them could fulfill my order within the timeframe I needed it. Instead of keeping me on hold, Ashleigh called me back after she confirmed that a store could handle my order.

I'VE USED THIS STORE FOR 16+ YEARS. I LOVE THE STAFF AND THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT.

Very unprofessional, made an order online and it wasn’t ready by the time i got there.. they said they didn’t have any brand of the body wash I ordered so I had to cancel the order and go grab all the items myself. Employees were saying Spanish profanity and being loud.. just talking over and laughing over me and other customers.

They never answer the phone in pharmacy
And the automated system is horrible
I stayed on hold for an hour listening to the awful music and all they kept doing was picking up the phone and pressing hold again, never greeted me or even saying pharmacy please hold at least
So sad I finally hung up when I got to the pharmacy drive through window and still no phone answer
Very upsetting and disappointing

If you go here to get prescriptions PLEASE GO IN DO NOT DO IT AT THE WINDOW OUTSIDE they will either steal or lose your Drivers license and whatever else you give them to identify yourself. I went today and they didn’t give me back none of my credentials when I called to ask they told me it was no where to be found and no one returned it which means 1. they gave it to someone else 2. They stole it to steal my information 3. They lost it.

If I could them zero stars I would, they are very slow, very rude, and the people that answer the phone in the pharmacy are very rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, very bad customer service.

Shopping early this AM, got my items that I did find in stock!! Go to the register and no good morning no eye contact this is horrible when you're a cashier, No customer service I will never shop at this location. If you don't have Customer's Ms. Cashier, you wouldn't have a job without us.

I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens' pharmacy. Despite my initial visit, I had to return because not all prescriptions were filled. The employees seemed disinterested, displaying annoyance while serving customers. Additionally, I only learned about a delayed prescription after inquiring with a representative. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of transparency left me unsatisfied.

It is impossible to talk to the pharmacy on the phone. They usually won't answer. Last week, when I called, someone answered and told me to hold and then hung up on me. I have called and waited for someone to answer and then drove to the store while still on my phone waiting. When I get to the store, there are no customers, and I'm still waiting on my phone. I don't understand why I need to drive to the store when my question can be answered on the phone. The pharmacy techs often are rude and argumentative. I'm looking for a new pharmacy because I'm fed up with them.
