I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens' pharmacy. Despite my initial visit, I had to return because not all prescriptions were filled. The employees seemed disinterested, displaying annoyance while serving customers. Additionally, I only learned about a delayed prescription after inquiring with a representative. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of transparency left me unsatisfied.

It is impossible to talk to the pharmacy on the phone. They usually won't answer. Last week, when I called, someone answered and told me to hold and then hung up on me. I have called and waited for someone to answer and then drove to the store while still on my phone waiting. When I get to the store, there are no customers, and I'm still waiting on my phone. I don't understand why I need to drive to the store when my question can be answered on the phone. The pharmacy techs often are rude and argumentative. I'm looking for a new pharmacy because I'm fed up with them.

this is the worst location ive ever been to their slow unprofessional they dont care about the customer they leave on hold nasty attitudes I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

The pharmacy gave my three year old daughter the wrong medication- could have killed her then had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Stayed on hold for over 40 minutes with them constantly ignoring me. Worst pharmacy ever!!! You’re better off going to another location or CVS. Lack of responsibility, respect, and empathy. Worst worst ever!!!!

The pharmacy is slow, do not pay attention to detail, prescriptions never ready when they say they are. You can't get through via phone, they don't move with any since of urgency. Everything is always broke and sorry for inconvenience signs up. Can this store get some help with the staff and maintenance Please! Each time I have to go I cringe at the service provided.

Young lady with the blonde n brown braids that cashiers has very rude customer service you can speak she doesn't speak back and never says your welcome when you say thank you.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized Walgreens in the Dallas area… I sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes trying to pick up my mother’s prescriptions… tried calling and male kept answering and placing me on hold

I get reminders online and have had no problems with fills or pickup either in line, or drive thru. It's a busy store, patience will help.

Was told my presentation prescription would be ready in 4 hrs u go in they said it wasn't in stock but b4 I left they check stock if u could give 0 starts this store had the worst staff in the pharmaceutical area area

If i can put zero stars i would. My mother has breast cancer and needs her medications, do they answer the phone? NO , i have been trying to get a hold of someone to get her medications transferred elsewhere so she can start taking them but no one ever answers the phone , was on hold for 45min, worth the wait anything to help my mom but they never answer the phone at all. I called back to see if they will answer NOPE. this is not okay , this is patients health at risk, my mother has stage 4 cancer and should not be taken lightly. You guys need to do better!

I love the fact I can come and grab what I need in a snap. But what I don't like are rude employees for no reason!!! Her name is La Wana or La Wanda and I was in line with a whole bunch of other people who witnessed her get real snarky with a customer when she had just opened up her line at about 6:50pm on 3-9-23. She needs more training or just needs to leave because she has terrible customer service and didn't have to treat that woman that way!!!

They need to replace the entire pharmacy because the experience is terrible all the way through. I had a prescription sent to them on February 24th, I called about the prescription today and they asked if I could call my provider to resend the prescription because they had “computer issues” that day. If I would have never called, my prescription would have just been sitting there.For the actual store itself, customer service is great. For that, I gave 3 stars.

I'll give anyone 2:1 odds that when you pick up meds they say it's not ready...20 more minutes.Even if they say it's ready.If you go inside...you can watch them dig through barrels of meds unsorted.It's... lunacy.Never come here. Ever.

Insted of your 4 teenage( 2 female & 2 male @ 9:15pm) employees standing at the registers talking about a return & school , laughing and checking out 2 customers on 2 registers?While I'm standing in the isle pushing a button to get razors for ..... 10 mins. looking at them while they look back at me "Diego " and they do nothing, why don't you train them in real customer service!I don't mind waiting I'm not in a rush, but if you acknowledge me there & your not busy. I expect your customer service. It wasn't until I started to walk to the registers to get one of them to do their job, that 1 decided to walk back there.Been a Walgreens customer for many year's. Seems like this store is getting worse.
