I moved here from the North side of DFW. I called twice and was on hold for a total of 35 minutes to get my prescription changed to this Walgreens near me. I went in to pick up my prescriptions and stood at the counter for at least 8 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged as the pharmacy tech walked by me 3 times so 6 chances she had to speak, acknowledge, head nod or something. Perhaps the clientele is not nice around here but we deserve to be treated with respect unless respect has not been given. I will change back to my old Walgreens in Richardson 20 miles away before I step into this facility again. Don't patronize this facility!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too , waited in the store for 40 mins in the line .The pharmacist never gave anyone a update on what’s going on , instead she was silent with a attitude no customer service at all . Do not recommend getting medicine sent here .

Customer service was great. The location is hiring and the wait time is long due to being short staffed. Honestly if I could stand and walk for hours I would apply to work at Walgreens.

The pharmacy is a joke. My wife had knee surgery today, the prescription was sent over yesterday. Told me I needed to get out of line to get behind the car already behind me because they have a no wait policy. I asked was the prescription ready since it was sent the day before, he lied told me it was sent today and I said that made no sense because she just had surgery. Now I'm sitting behind the car that was behind me WAITING.... I see why I love CVS way better service.. The last time to fill a prescription at Walgreens, total joke...

I arrived at 9:40pm and the doors were locked. Another customer complained because they had been waiting before I arrived. The older African American cashier thought I didn’t speak English as she was talking about me in the medicine and snack aisle with whoever she was on the phone with. The employees are as ghetto as the location it’s in.

Who ever Jonathan is (says he is the assistant manager) is so RUDE AND SHOULDN'T BE A MANAGER. I was asking him questions and he was just being rude from the start. Didn't speak just asked me what did I need. He shouldn't be a manger acting like that.

Pharmacy staff is super sweet and helpful. The manager here is also very nice. I can always count on this place for my laundry and snack needs. Thanks!!

The pharmacy is a joke they are slow filling your prescription and when they do and you pay for it and get the bar code after you pay for it that they give you when you get there you still have to prove that you paid for your medicine why do they give you a bar code if you still have to prove you paid for it already

I appreciated the gentleman working in the pharmacy. He took out time to explain my situation with clarity. He could not help me with product but he helped me with information. Thank you. To the cashier working at the front of the store, thank you for keeping the line moving even tho you had a customer waiting for change. I appreciated you as well.

I would give this stupid place ZERO stars if I could. The Pharmacy is the absolute WORST! Lazy employees, never have your script ready when they say it will be ready. Incompetence and poor work ethic at its finest! Waste of my time. MORONS.

All the comments I’ve read are on point. I experience the same customer service, or lack there of, as everyone else. The pharmacy is always closed and when they are open, like now, I’m writing this review as I sit at the drive through window, they take forever to acknowledge you, let alone help you. This is my second time coming today. First I had a prescription that was sent in yesterday and supposed to be ready yesterday, but they sent me a text saying there was a delay because of a problem with my insurance…..wait what? I DONT EVEN HAVE INSURANCE!!! So I called them this morning to tell them I’m not sure what problem you can possibly be having but i don’t have any insurance!! So they told me script would be ready by 9:30am. I got a text at 10:30 saying it was ready. Got to pharmacy at 12:30 and my script was NOT ready!??♀️ I showed them my text that THEY text ME saying it was ready. So then it took them another 15 min to get it ready. At that time, I gave them a new prescription to fill and they text me to say it’s ready. So I’m back here again today and I’ve been sitting at this window, not just in line, but AT THE WINDOW and it’s been now 20 min smh. All I can say is we have to do better in our “hoods”. Customer service is key and important and even though this isn’t the best neighborhood, we’ve gotta do better and hire peop that take pride in their job

This Walgreen always let's the phone ring. The auto system picks up and puts you on hold then someone comes on says Walgreen and puts you on hold without waiting on any response and then they leave you there. They just do it over and over until you hang up.

These people place you on hold with that horrible music for at least an hour.Then, they hang up on you after all that waiting. Everyone in that pharmacy needs to be terminated! Don't waste your time calling them.
