If I could give negative stars I would worse experience I’ve ever had before prior to showing up at the store I called ahead to make sure there was somebody there to take my photo and I was assured I could get it done when I got there the other associate with dirty blonde hair gave me attitude when I asked to have my photo done and she told me to give her a minute as if what I’m asking is the worst possible thing so I wait by the photo area a good 10-15 minutes before she comes over and tells me they are slammed when there was probably a good 5 people in line and I should come back in an hour I was fine waiting but the attitude and lack of customer service was atrocious if she doesn’t like her job she needs to find a new profession and stop treating people so rudely

I went to pick up a prescription for my twin infants. The prescription was not in even though I received a text stating that it was. The pharmacist technician attempted to explain what happened to me but the pharmacist cut her short and shewed me away. She was extremely rude and now I’m forced to go to a different pharmacy.

I’m 35 weeks with a high risk pregnancy. My husband and I stopped on the way home from my dr appointment to pick up my prescription, get more prenatal vitamins and antacids. When I got home I realized the antacid bottle was already open. We took it back and swapped it out for another. The clerk was very polite. It wasn’t until a week later I noticed the prenatal vitamins I purchase are out of date. I no longer have my receipt and am unsure if I they will even take them back at this point. I’m so disappointed.

Let’s all get some context with you before you put my picture on the internet and insult me.
A) you tried to scam one of my leads into giving you $275 by claiming you had bought a fraudulent gift card. Your words were that “it rang up as an Amex”. It didn’t, sold two gift cards that day, both were visa, including your $275 visa gift card computer system confirmed.
B) you tried to get her to add money to a gift card without paying for it at 10:45p, thinking that she had the authority. You were told to come back in the morning because I am at home and I am not going to just believe you without proof. When you didn’t like that answer you told the lead that it would be a shame if your 3 boys came back with guns and shot up the store to rob it in order to get your money back.
You also convinced the lead that all the gift cards were fake when they were not, the lead was brand new you were doing everything in your power to convince her to give you the money.
C) you called the next day and told a completely different story than what was on camera, and I really don’t care for people who threaten another’s life when their scam didn’t work.
D) you come back into the store and start getting into the face of a CSA who had nothing to do with the transaction and started yelling at her when all she did was call me to the front. You also said that she was there last night when she wasn’t. You’re so busy trying to scam that you forgot who you even talked to.
E) you refused to show the receipt that said the visa rang up as an Amex card. You waved it around a lot but would not let anyone see it. Also you were already recording before I got there, which if you thought that scared me you were horribly wrong. That’s why you got kicked out of the store, and I was never notified about you calling corporate so I know you didn’t so yeah, you tried to pull a scam and it didn’t work.
I’m sorry your gift card scam did not work out how you intended it to, but maybe next time don’t be so blatantly obvious that you’re trying to scam. But also thank you for posting online with your name because I did need that for the police report. Thank you and have a great day!

I just about never leave reviews, but I have to say… these days there’s little to no quality in customer service anymore. Gabby here is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful with her product knowledge and genuine care for her customers. I will certainly make this location my go-to pharmacy just for how polite and friendly the staff is.

The manager is so rude. I was sold a fraudulent gift card. When I went back I was told by staff that there is nothing they can do about it. She should me where sh me reached out to the manager and he told her he has to be up at 6 and then stop responding. When we called back the next day the manager lied on my mom and when we went back into the store he was rude and yelling at her. All of this is on recoding and will be shared on social media. But they won’t allow video here. The conversation from the night before and the next day was being recorded. We was told we are not allowed back in the store and threaten to call the police on us. I really hope Walgreens corporate step in and step up for their customers. We have tried calling upper management but no one has responded.

One hour photo? What a joke.
The store lead (aka manager) was gossiping when I arrived at the photo counter and didn’t acknowledge me until she finished gossiping. Didn’t apologize for photos not being ready. She said it would take 5 minutes. It took over 25 minutes.
There was another lady there waiting who said her husband waited over an hour earlier today for 1 photo and then left because he was tired of waiting.
