I submitted a request for prescription refill on the website. I got an email saying it would be ready the next day at 3 PM. Just went to pick it up, and no evidence of any thing submitted. I double checked the address of the Walgreens and everything. The system says it should be here. Now I have to go another day without my medicine. Absolutely unacceptable. The pharmacist was also rude about it. Which is doubly unacceptable

This Pharmacy is ridiculous in terms of pricing and does not care about patient at all. They charged $330 for the same prescription vs. $23 from other pharmacies. Both without any coupons. I never had prescriptions before and it was the first time I ordered prescription for my dog. So I didn't know the difference between cash pricing vs. Rx pricing. Walgreens just told me the price is $330, and it is cash pricing. They didn't inform me any Rx options and the difference between the pricings(I do have two Rx cards). How could someone did not grow up in the US and never ordered prescription before know the difference and show the Rx cards? I didn't learn this until a month later when ordered refill from another pharmacy and they only charged me $23(without coupon either). No wonder Walgreens is closing stores and went from a public company to private. If you don't care the patients, business just flow out..

I just love this Walgreens. We moved here from Australia and Zabi the pharmacist was SO professional, friendly and went the extra mile. He helped us with our immunisations for our greencard, answered all questions. We now will only go to this pharmacy as the custoemr service is incredible! Thank you! Sasha

Gave the Rx a call and Cassidy was so rude while even talking softly. Gave them a week to resolve any issues but they want you to do their job instead. I will never go to this horrible store ever again

If I could give this pharmacy a zero star, I would—terrible phone service from the pharmacy. If you work in healthcare, you should know that patience is a must. If you don't like your job, leave it to someone who actually wants to work and has the necessary skills to work in healthcare. This store really needs to reconsider who they hire if they care about their customer retention. Honestly, CVS is across this place save your time and energy and go there instead.

The pharmacy will not answer phone! Every 5 minutes they pickup say “please hold” and won’t speak with you. Waited 45 minutes before I gave up

Pharmacy is terrible, rude techs and pharmacists. They have no patience for elderly people. I just witnessed the pharmacist talking down to older man. They need to have the state board come in and do a review of this place.

George, the cashier tonight, is easily the coolest and most interesting Walgreens cashier who has ever helped me. In the minute or two I was up there we talked about everything from Willy Wonka to Pink Floyd and everything in between. I wished I could have stayed longer although I was in a hurry and someone was making it to the checkout line. But you rock, George! Thanks for keeping it real ?

I would love no stars is possible! Terrible customer service over the phone with pharmacy. Endless loop of the. Picking phone up & hanging it back up without even speaking. Avoid this place at all cost
