This used to be a great pharmacy but they recently got new staff. New staff is terrible. They also added a new check in machine to treat you even more like cattle. Never going here again.

Grossly understaffed and mismanaged to the detriment of the customers. Waiting on line for 12 minutes while 2 staff members are helping one person is ridiculous! I shop there because of my insurance not by choice.

Someone called me from this pharmacy, and left a voicemail telling me they were so-and-so from Walgreens pharmacy, and left a number to call back. They knew my name and phone number, even though I never visited this pharmacy before in my life. When I called back, a different guy answered and made no effort at all to explain why I had gotten a call from his pharmacy and just told me I had no prescriptions there. Whatever is going on here I hate it.

Ola - pharmacist at this location - is super helpful. Listened to all my questions and helped get me through the line. Yea, they seem to be understaffed, but Ola makes up for it!!

Checked for appointment online for Covid vaccine and there were lots of available times at this location. Chose time, completed all paperwork online, drove the 8 miles in HEAVY rain. Waited in line. THEN was told "we don't have any Covid vaccine". No explanation as to why they were taking appointments without vaccine. Referred us to a location 20 minutes away but said we would have to wait til that location closed for lunch and reopened! Drove to CVS - in and out in 10 minutes.

Horrible experience. They said they would fill my meds, but 5 days later even after speaking to my doc office they decided they weren't "comfortable" filling them. So they cancelled my pain meds, but filled my other 2 scripts twice on the same day. Now I'm getting constant reminders for those. Apparently what they're comfortable doing has nothing to do with the patient's actual health. Most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever dealt with, and the Tech, Sara is an idiot.

There were 2 people attending the whole place at a very busy time and they were nice but it was a terrible experience! It took me more than 45 min to get my service!

Good service, the pharmacist did explain things well, no major problems I experienced so far. Yehh it’s true that the prescription sometimes isn’t ready when you get there, but which Walgreens or CVS or other pharmacies in the state that don’t have this kind of issue loll
