This pharmacy needs to be closed. They are unorganized, mostly unfriendly and customer service is bad. After waiting 4 days for a very common medication to be filled, I’ve transferred my prescriptions to Tom Thumb.

Have been using this pharmacy for a year and all of the technicians have been incredibly helpful and hard working (and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and accessible). Would highly recommend!

60 pills for Rx ... Was getting meds ready for week... Counted pills .. 46 pills... 14 pills missing... Someone working in your pharmacy is stealing pills... Y'all will count in front on me from here on out. Was fill Wednesday April 16th ... Picked up the 17th... Didn't return because I checked after I made it home... There word against mine. Just know someone is stealing pills... Who filled my Rx? Who verified? Who else can I contact about this?

The worst pharmacy staff in the state of Texas. Completely incompetent. I could give you 15 examples. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store.
This Walgreens is a disgrace. Upper management needs to shut this down and overhaul Everything about it. There’s no reason for the store to be business with all the other options less then 1.5 miles away

2nd time this happened. It’s 1:30 lunch isn’t until 2pm. Why are we closing drive thru pickup. Especially knowing there isn’t signage reflecting Walgreens pharmacy lunch being at 1:3pm! Huge Inconvenience. It’ll be different if it was 10 mins prior to 2.

Horrible horrible customer service and it took 30 minutes for my rx when no one was in front of me and my rx was ready. Ridiculous! Didn’t even get a “hold on” or “we will be right with you”. Will not go back.

Worst pharmacy ever! The drive through is a nightmare and the staff is clueless. First time I drove through the lady said she didn’t have the prescription. I called the doctor and they confirmed they did sent it and got the confirmation number. The nurse even called the pharmacy and said she got put on hold for 16 mins with no answer as to ask her to be put on hold. Second time back in the drive through- the lady says, “oh I do see it. It’s not ready yet give us 30 mins.” Third time in the drive through and the mine is just as long.

Thank you to this team's pharmacy, from the bottom of my heart, for making a very scary day much easier than it would have been without their help.
Brenda was exceptionally kind - she spent a considerable amount of time trying to help me following a change of insurance. Not only did she go through all of the options I gave her to try and help adjust my bill patiently, she ended up giving me a suggestion for a method which ended up being the most favorable of all the ones I had tried so far. Everyone knows that any change of paperwork and billing can be incredibly expensive, especially for controlled substances. Brenda was exceptionally patient with me, and made sure other guests were being helped even while she was spending time with me.
Not only that, it was very clear that her teammates that day, Star, Quetta, and Priscilla were able to easily keep up with helping the flow of guests despite me taking up so much of the staff's time, and that they knew several of their guests by name! It was really fantastic to see such a well-oiled, exceptional team at work, radiating kindness the whole time.
The medications I take currently face lots of shortages in this region and it's very difficult to reach pharmacies to confirm quantities and arrive to drop off and have those scripts filled in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did they confirm a variety of scripts for me, they were so helpful in making sure that filling them took such a short period of time, about 20 minutes in between rush periods for their team.
We often feel challenged in the world, whether at work, or out in the world trying to keep our lives moving along. This team today helped me with something exceptionally stressful for me, while still being friendly and efficient. They truly deserve recognition for their clear competence and reliability.

I listened to these people pick up the phone and place me on hold 5 times before picking up to ask me to hold,
putting me back on hold before I could say a single word (it had been 20 minutes btw).
Moments after they hung up.
The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Horrible, lazy, ignorant staff. Terrible attitudes all around. They appear to hate their jobs and their lives. The fact that Walgreens hired these people shows they don’t really care about customer service. At all.
If you want your prescription to be an absolute nightmare where nobody cares about you in any way, then this is the right place.

Last Tuesday I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and I received mistreatment from the pharmacy manager, I told her remember I am customer, you need to respect me okay? I don't understand how they have a manager like that, I have been at Walgreens for many years and the managers are not like that woman they have as a manager.

I frequent the location and just had the rudest cashier I believe the name was Arianna or Adriana. She was throwing my items into my bag luckily nothing broke. Very rude and aggressive demeanor, management should be aware of this.
