Last Tuesday I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and I received mistreatment from the pharmacy manager, I told her remember I am customer, you need to respect me okay? I don't understand how they have a manager like that, I have been at Walgreens for many years and the managers are not like that woman they have as a manager.

I am currently on the phone at 9:52 am no greeting or answering calls I just hear them pick up then place me back on hold. This is unacceptable at the time of the morning. I do not mind holding because I know how things can get but at least acknowledge the call.

Honestly if I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for over a week and the medicine company sent over a voucher because of a malfunction on their end. Almost all of the pharmacists I have talked to in order to get the order handed have been so rude, especially Pricillia. I have gone back and forth with the medicine brand and this store trying to get the situation figured out and the store has given me nothing but problems. Every accommodation that they asked for I, my doctor, and the medicine brand have complied with and yet nothing is being done. Communication between shifts is non existent, I speak with one person about the issue, am ensured that they will handle it, and then another person tells me that what I was told 2 hours before is wrong.In regards to Pricillia, she was incredibly rude. She would not listen to me, not put in the note in the chart that I asked her to, and did not seem to know what she was talking about at all, completely contradicting what I had been told by the pharmacy prior to speaking with her. I have never experienced someone in the medical field speak to a patient who is just trying to figure out a complicated situation so awfully. Her customer service is absolutely horrid. I understand that they are busy but I waited on hold for 20 minutes after waiting multiple days to get the situation sorted out for her to start another conversation with a coworker while I was trying to explain the situation to her(which I had to do about 10 times and she still did not understand or do literally anything helpful). I’m honestly so appalled by her behavior. All I wanted to do was receive the medication I need to be healthy and this store and especially Pricillia have been so completely terrible.

I would give zero stars if I could. Held on the phone for the pharmacy for 30 minutes....finally call went through and they disconnected me.

Idk what the one dudes issue with the mask on is but everytime me and my boyfriend come in dude doesn't seem to want to be there... seems to always have some funky attitude... ??♀️

I mistakenly went to the pharmacy counter instead of Labcorp (inside next to the pharmacy) to ask about scheduling a blood test and the pharmacist at the counter had a mental breakdown trying to understand what I was talking about and just yelled out to someone else and told them, "I can't, just can't, I have no idea", and put her head down on the counter FOR REAL. This place is a JOKE.

I'm giving 2 stars for customer service but the drive thru pharmacy is utterly ridiculous!! Sitting for 20 minutes is unacceptable!!! Will be switching to CVS

I LOVE THE PHARMACY STAFF THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A SCALE 1 TO 10 IS A 11 I ENJOY THE CONVERSATION AND THERE PROMPT WORK ETHICS. THEY GENEROUS AND KIND AND AS A CUSTOMER ALL IT REQUIRES TO HAVE PATIENCE WITH THEM WHILE THEY PREPARE THE MEDICATION. They job requires PERFECTION AND FOCUS

Gave them two chances when it came to the photo services. First time, I went a long wait and the other they tried to give wasn’t mine. Second time I went my order was “ready” I got there they said they had no idea where it was, and come back tomorrow. Very unfortunate.
