Don’t waste your time! The pharmacy is an actual joke, the employees are laughable and incredibly rude. Even though my doctor sent my prescription TWICE they still would not refill it. We will NEVER conduct business here again.

This Walgreens on Walnut Hill Lane has TERRIBLE customer service in their pharmacy dept. not only are they rude and abrupt at the drive through window but for example I called 2x and was on hold for 28 and then 30 mins- both times Walgreens hung up on me without a conversation! What a waste if time. Don’t go here!!!

The pharmacy has poor customer service. There is no reason that a customer should be on hold for 20 minutes or longer to speak to a representative. They pick up and place you on hold immediately. This is ridiculous or they pick up and hang up

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was told prescription was out, but would be filled the next day. Not filled the next day, was told they would call me when it was in. Seven days, no call, but I received a text saying it was on back order and they would notify me when it was available. I attempted to call the store, but was placed on hold automatically. After 15 minutes I was disconnected by their system. Called again, spent 45 minutes on hold, disconnected again. Called and asked for store manager, after 5 minutes on hold, someone answered, I said I had been on continual hold and she just transferred me to the pharmacy, where I was placed on hold. I drove to the pharmacy, stood in line for 10 minutes and watched the FIVE people behind the counter who not once answered the phone, even though it was continously ringing. When I was finally waited on, I was told my prescription had been ready for 5 days. I asked to talk to the pharmacy manager, but he was not in. Asked for his number, they gave me his card with the main store number. Asked for a area supervisor's number and they wrote down 2 numbers, 1 turned out to be the state hotline to complain about a specific pharmacist, the other was the number to their insurance verification system. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Worst pharmacy ever. Poor customer service, always out of stock, nothing they tell you about prescription availability is accurate ever.

Go to a different pharmacy, where they actually care about you. They are super strict about the scripts and I had a legitimate script from a TX doctor and they would not fill it.

Terrible customer service, had to make 4 different calls to cancel a pickup and finally get a refund. Their system “glitched” and showed as if I had already picked up the item so they wanted me to go to the store physically even though they knew the item was never picked up, absurd. Save yourself some trouble and please do not order anything for pickup.

What happened here? Pharmacy has gotten way worse. Out of stock, understaffed, and just very very slow and prone to little mistakes and mishaps that waste even more time.Even just the time to answer questions and pay with credit card is slow. Are you even trying?

I've worked at Walgreens and shopped at Walgreens for 20 years and I have never been given such impeccable service. The entire staff deserves a 10 star rating and that's no exaggeration.I simply went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy, but the Visa Gift Card wouldn't work. Instead of simply saying use another card, each person in the pharmacy took a good amount of time to trouble shoot. The store manager John Sisa came and spent a valuable amount of time calling customer service on the card. They hung up on him once, the second one put him on hold for about 30 minutes. We never got a hold of them again. But each member of the pharmacy stayed, did not complain, and showed friendship. This Walgreens and this Pharmacy is the perfect example of how any service should ever be done. If every store did what these 5 people did, there would be more happy customers, because I am one of them.I give my greatest respects to Riaoli, Qurah, Sonny, and the rest of the staff, I hope I am not forgetting anybody. I also give my deep thanks to John Sisa for working so hard with me. You all deserve more than just a thanks, you deserve a raise and a paid vacation for a week.I love you all forevermore!

This place is awful the lack of customer service is a joke . The times I have gone the older lady with dried out red hair with gray hair always bags my items has no character I honestly thought she didn't speak at all , bad attitude but tonight my husband and purchased some items I paid with a larger bill they didn't have change. So my husband came back they asked him for id he gave him is us passport and his id consular . It clearly had a Texas id but the staff treated my husband horrible and embarrassed him as the lady screamed at him saying USA we have never been treated with such hatred and racism in our life's . It's a shame that they have people working there that would act in such a matter. Definitely unexpected not very educated on id's not to mention we are in a world of many different people . We hope to never cross paths with such a person .. the lack of empathy for a human being , this company should be ashamed. Not one person helped the whole staff fell short .

Truly the most incompetent mess of a pharmacy I've encountered in my life. It's very frustrating because this is my neighborhood Walgreens but it's time to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. I've had too many upsetting experiences to count, but when I needed an anti--anxiety med desperately so I could sleep after my dog died, they held it "in progress" for 48 hours. When I called about it, the tech mumbled something that made me feel like it was the first time anyone was seeing the order, and failed to apologize at all. Like, empathy goes a long way. People's medications determine health, well-being, and quality of life. And these employees (surely fine people whom the corporation has failed to adequately train or train at all, and whom they've failed by putting into place a garbage system or none at all) are playing fast and loose with meds we desperately need. Speaking of Walgreens failing their employees, these poor folks have been working the drive through with a broken mic/PA system for weeks (they've been opening the Rx drawer and talking to drive through customers through that). Walgreens couldn't get some of those Walgreens megabillions down here ASAP to better their workers' conditions?! I shudder to imagine how many white women yelled at the Black techs because they couldn't hear them through the drawer. Pharmacy work is serious and important and Walgreens Corp. treats it like a joke. Shame on Walgreens.

They've been ripping me off for years. Keep a close eye on these scammy mfs. They will conveniently "lose" your insurance and charge you hundreds extra. When you realize what they did they will not refund the money. They will split prescriptions over and over. If you look up what you payed it's about 80% extra. For example one of mine was $43 for the whole order, but $35 each for the split order. They are worse than crackheads.

This is by far the worst Walgreens anywhere in Dallas I would say. I can’t even begin to tell you how annoying it is when every time I decide to shop there, just about 50% or more of their products are priced wrong or they are marked as on sale. Only to get to the register to find out it’s marked wrong and double the price they have it advertised for. Not to mention they are horrible about restocking shelves that are empty of certain products. Hardly anything in the store is front faced leaving the store looking disheveled overall. All this just shows the people who run this store could care less about giving good customer service. And although this location is in walking distance I will now start driving to another location, I will not waste anymore time at this location and I would recommend anyone who reads this to avoid this location. There is one good thing about Walgreens though, and that is there are a lot of other locations to choose from so you’re not stuck having to deal with the nonsense that this location loves to dish out. Steer clear of this store is the best recommendation I give to anyone about to make the mistake of shopping here.
