This is my 2nd time using the Pickup kiosk and both times I receive the confirmation that my order is ready. I get to the store scan phone get a message that item is on its way. After 10 minutes I try to get help. Kiosk is right in front of customer service and no one is willing to help just someone will be with you. First time had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and another 15 to get item. Second time took 10 minutes to get someone to help me and another 10 to get items. Both times items where not even in kiosk. It would have been less time consuming to go and get items myself. Will not be using anymore, just a waste of time.

I really didn't think I could experience a Walmart location as bad as the 6185 Retail Rd Dallas location, but I was wrong. I go to this Walmart 1 time per month and each visit is worse than the last. Today I walked around for 10+ minutes before I found a single employee. The first 2 employees were rude and could not help me at the un-manned photo counter. Note: I have NEVER walked to the photo counter to find it manned with someone ready to do their job. WHY. Why is there not an employee dedicated to the electronics/photo department? The third employee I came across FINALLY tried to look for my photo order which was CONFIRMED Ready to Pick up by email. After looking through a file cabinet he says oh our printer is out of paper they probably aren't ready. WHY WAS I GIVEN A CONFIRMATION READY TO PICK UP EMAIL AND TEXT. Walmart--you are looking very bad. Do not waste my time. This is the third time I have gone to pick up an order that was confirmed ready and it hasn't been ready. Oh and if you try to call the location and 100% make sure the order is there and ready NO ONE will answer the phone. I think 3 people total work here. Legitimately. If you look at the 20 registers only 2 lanes are open. I'm about to write this location off completely, just like the Retail Rd location.

Typical Wal-Mart. I've been here at least two times and nothing new about them. It was nice to find groceries here that I couldn't find at the other Walmart's in the Irving area. This location does seem cleaner and I've been here during the morning or early afternoon so it wasn't too bad. Still not a lot of registers open as usual and I didn't see any self check out registers not working. I'll definitely be back at this location if I'm in the area.

Just stopped by to make keys...they usually have the key machine in the front. I walked from one end to the other and didn't see one. Asked the door greeter and they said it was at the other end...so I walked back down to where I started and no key machine. So I asked that door greeter (can you believe that a guy asked for directions not once, but twice!!). This door greeter told me it was at the end that I just came from?!?!?!?! So I gave up and left...lol...just wasn't meant to be!

It's WalMart. At this location: 9 times out of 10 everything on my list is in stock. 9 times out of 10 the line is RIDICULOUSLY long. I've never used the "facilities", so can't comment about their cleanliness. My car has never been broken in to while parked in the lot. The new pick-up kiosk looks really cool. I uploaded a video of an employee adding stock. Overall, meh it's WalMart

Been to this Walmart sometimes, but during a Sunday evening it was TOO crowded. Getting to this Walmart from EB I-635 was actually pretty easy, but parking can be difficult. The meat at this Walmart looked pretty nice and items that I needed were always never out of stock. The layout of this Walmart, especially around the clothing and food aisles were very confusing and we needed water to fill in our water tanks, but it wasn't working at all. Customer service was very helpful for our refunds though.

This store has become a total slum. I've tried to send feedback before, but I never get a response. Today it was so bad (I just went for a few things), that I had to not only email corporate, but I am coming here. And about the shelves being stocked. I see trucks all the time, but the shelves are almost never restocked. Below is what I sent to WalMart: The store has turned into a slum. It is horrible!!! I have been shopping there for nearly 3 years & it used to be nice. The shelves are never stocked, yet I see trucks regularly. Where is the merchandise? If this store runs out of something, it can be months before you ever see it again. Something as simple as a half gallon of 1 % milk today was not to be had. The shelves were COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!! If not empty, then much of the merchandise is damaged. And now, to top it off, it seems that the prices on the shelves won't necessarily match what is in the system. It's like they are trying to trick you here. It's too regular for it to be a "mistake". Example was today in buying mascara where the price in the register was $4 higher than what was advertised on the shelves. That's not a simple mistake!!!!! That is lying!!! Some of the employees are nice, but most are getting to the point where they openly hate the customers. They will block aisles & not let anyone by. One nearly ran me over today just because she was walking so fast I had to get out of her way. Maybe the store manager has destroyed the employees' morale because they all used to be so pleasant. This used to be such a nice store. It's clear that the manager doesn't give a rat's behind about his customers. Or is it WalMart as a company? Also, the lines are usually backed up because not enough lanes are ever open. All the way around, this store is a total slum & has gone so downhill, I wonder if it can ever recover. All of your nice clientele will be going elsewhere. It's really too bad. I really would like someone to contact me by phone (like a regional manager). WalMart has no business treating a nice neighborhood this way.

Walmart is Walmart, true. BUT, not all are managed as well as others. Namely, this one seems to be run smoothly. Makes me a little ticked off when I visit other Walmarts and see how nice customers are treated there compared to the one in Valley Ranch. How is it the employees actually smile and speak to you here and at the Carrollton Walmart, but they all look so miserable in Valley Ranch? Perplexed on this one. The entrance to the super center is a little odd and narrow but once in the parking lot, it is easy to find a parking spot and go to work. This one has a larger self-service registers to get in and out quickly, which was another plus. Oh, the employees here also seem to have a dress code and adhere to it. I swear, I have seen my local WM employees wearing sweatpants and what appears to be pajama bottoms, hair in curlers, and dirty clothes!

Mammoth chains such as Walmart provide the luxury of familiarity - you know what to expect! This location is convenient right across 635. Parking is well lit with cameras. The groceries section is nicely laid out and typically had good selection. The store overall is clean. But rest of the items - boy aren't they difficult to locate. The low height makes it difficult to read all signs. But a friendly Walmart associate is always nearby to assist. Self check-out line are way too cordenned off - so it's difficult to see if any machines are open. Cart returns are located conveniently. Overall - good experience. Associates have been very helpful and cheerful.

Walmart is really pathetic. No matter which one you go to you will be waiting FOREVER. My next question why do you have 1 guy in the auto section and then 2 other CLUELESS people. I have a warranty on my tires which is really cheap but at this point I'm willing to go to discount and pay full price. You guys are way too big of a corporation for this to be an occurring issue every where. For the love of God train your people to have a sense of urgency !!!

This place is the worst. It just opened and the customer service is terrible. I was here yesterday and the three girls behind the money center desk were arguing about a purse that was in their way. One kicked it and then picked it up and put it in the trash. She was talking all this mess about her and I just stood there. Then they ignored me completely for about ten minutes, awful

As a Walmart or Wally's as I call them, they have everything you want all in one store. With all of the stores organized in a similar manner, it's easy to walk in, grab what you need and get out. Same prices, same stuff as any other Walmart. Good customer service at the return center.

Not as clean as the other Walmarts I've been to, and the morning staff treated me like I was a ghost. Made me question if I was for a moment because a few of them saw me pass by and didn't bother to drop a "hello" or "thank you for coming here and helping make sure this place stays open so I have a job." I guess I may have been interrupting their important conversation. Other than that, it's a Walmart and carries pretty much what you'd expect. Some stores carry regional specials though, so you likely won't find a snowblower in South Texas, but probably in Minnesota.
