The store was very well stocked and clean. An associate was easy to find when I needed assistance (something lacking at other locations). One star was lost because one item I needed was out of stock across multiple brands eventhough the app said it was available.

I stopped shopping here last year. I am somewhat disabled so I've used the online in-store pick up. They moved it out to the kiosk outside in the SUN but that rarely works, the phone number to call on the sign doesn't work, the app doesn't work and IF you can get someone they give you the WRONG ORDER. I wanted something only available here but I'll just do without it. You can't even talk to a real person and no one in the stores seems to know anything anyway.

Worst Walmart we have ever been to. No shopping carts available because they just don’t have them. We were told complaints have been made and we could call corporate to complain some more. Many produce shelves were empty. Large water spill on the floor with no warning sign. Scoured the shelves for corn tortillas that did not have an expired date. Found one pack. When we got to our car, it wouldn’t start so we went to auto dept. to borrow the jump box. We were told we could not use it. So, we said, “Well then. We will buy a battery and return it.” The woman at the counter told us we could not return the battery. “Of course we can return it. This is Walmart.” So to cover herself she had the manager ring us up. I couldn’t believe they would rather waste a perfectly good battery because they didn’t want to help customers. If it turns out we need the battery, we will keep it, but if it’s not the battery, we will return it.

Nice plant section is located off to the side of the grills and umbrellas. You must enter the main store entrance and walk around to the plant section at the front of the store.One complaint is the store consistently is out of shopping carts. This retrieval of carts from the corrals needs to be better managed.

The usual walmart experience. One checker, long lines at the one register and the self checks. People not wearing masks and not social distancing. Staff couldn't care less about helping anyone. Door greeter and cart return guy was nice today though.

This person who worked at self checkout was so embarrassing and racially profiled me and my mom. I was at a loss for words, she even rolled her eyes and wouldn’t take a look at my ID to checkout wine and just entered a random birthday. If a Walmart associate rewind the cameras, they will see this play out in real time. I really hope you all address this disconnect and educate or use this as a training opportunity for future employees. I will never come back to this location ever!

They were very nice and very helpful. I'm new to the state and they had no problem showing me where things were. Plus the people that live here are so awesome the coworkers are nice and helpful and the customers are all nice and I love being in DallasTexas right now. Plus the store was very very clean that is a big thing for me.

Walmart has everything from groceries, clothing, electronics etc. I love it if I'm unable to find it in the store I can go to Walmart.com and order it online and have it next day! Delivery or pickup is an option. That's Great. The self checkouts are so convenient for me b/c I know how to scan an go. In and out unless I see a bargain in Walmart. Thanks Walmart and Walmart Associates for all the GREAT WORK YOU DUE!!!!!!

Worst grocery pick-up manager experience ever. Show up I call I check in... had to wait forever. Took an hour to get my groceries picked up. At one point after waiting 40 minutes I told the manager. And she argued with me that I had only been there 15 minutes and I said no I've been there 40 min. Besides this location doesn't answer their phone when you arrive. What type of manager argues with you... Somebody from upper management needs to reach out to this person..

So disappointed I was at Walmart for more than an hr looking around for help and nobody helps I asked a lady and she said she was off i am so mad I tried to get a freaking car for my kid and nobody could help .

Your customer service is horrible and rude. Waited in line for 45 minutes watching one of your reps wrap receipts to items. When I finally got to the front she said "I have to leave soon but I'll help you...." only to find out the gift card I selected cannot be loaded by a credit card. YOU GUYS NEED HELP! Going to target for better service as I should of to begin with.
