One of the worst Walmarts the delivery drivers are the worse and incompetent they try to compete with Amazon fresh but save your money and the hassle and use Amazon fresh they said they tried delivery but no one ever showed up and cancelled my order ! Customer service did nothing I will be cancelling my subscription!

Very unprofessional, every time I'm there for a Walmart pickup order they always mess it up and never have it this wasting most of my time as well as their time too by not telling me they don't have it. Ignore at all costs

This place sucks. I put in a pick up for yesterday from 7-8 I drove all the way there and they delayed it for 2 hours. I rescheduled from 7-8 the next day. Showed up at 7:45 and they told me they had put all my groceries back? Just called them took about 15 minutes for them to pick up the phone to assure me it would be ready in the next 10 minutes. Waste of gas. Waste of time.

Every time I come to this store they won't let me leave without showing my receipt. Last time it was because I did self checkout and this time it was because my kitchen aid mixer didn't fit in the bag, it's very frustrating to be treated like im shoplifting every time I go to this store

I can say I am definitely walmart loyal customer because prices are very competitive compare with other stores, however there is BUT. I purposely downloaded Walmart app, so when I can check the price before I buy, I scan to make sure. So i chose monopoly game, $20, baaaang, good deal. Trying to pay, but it shows $31... I asked representative to resolve. (because I know other stores do price matches) Turns out Walmart app price doesn't matter, no price match. Shortly no waste of time to check app price, it won't work.

I've shopped at numerous Wal-Marts. I have found the worst. The manager should be fired twice. Fired. Rehired. Slapped and fired again. Aside from the low quality merchadise, this location is dirty, under staffed, under trained and under stocked. The bathroom toilet was overflowing, waste on the floor, no toilet paper, and my shoes stuck to the floor. Have never bought all my groceries here as they are always under stocked. Was being assisted in meat deli area when employee decided to stop assisting me so she could make a phone call. Needed assistance in toy department. What was I thinking? After standing in a long line with my 2 items. The customer before me needed help. The employee took the customer to find a manager. Just walked away leaving register suspended. It took 3 employees to cancel transaction. No sorry for inconvenience or apology for delay. Just the usual poor customer service. I can't imagine this is what Sam Walton had in mind.

Two stars seems harsh! Great selection of many awesome products at affordable prices. Not going to get everything here, but, they have a lot! Hope they get contactless payments installed soon. Wish pharmacy had longer hours.

This store is the best example relating to corporate greed. They sellproducts they know are inferior by all standards protecting the consumer.I bought a bicycle on-line which was advertised for over $300.00. It was made in China (enough said) yes it did not have all the parts andthe directions were a one page snapshot of the bike completely assembled. I spent 3 days with a trial and error laced fit of anger whichI totally blame WALMART for my loss of self esteem and bad language.I sent many emails to their support team only to be ignored and finallytold to call a 800 to get in line with all the other chumps who buyfrom China's WALMART outlet. Don't buy anything you don't mind losingwithout the refund in full.

Consistent, affordable quality. But THE LINES. They have 12+ lanes and have two of them open, with lines of 5+ people at each lane. Y'all really need more cashiers.

I read some of the reviews, and was glad that my wife and I had decided that rather than fight our way to the store, we would just place an online order for delivery. You will notice that the store information mentions that the store offers delivery. "Offers." They do not actually deliver anything. We actually had a Walmart+ account (until about ten minutes ago) so I thought we should be fairly important customers to them. We were part of the first wave who were d*** enough to think they could actually come close to Amazon Prime. Walmart+ customers are apparently treated like any other customer, if you read the other reviews here. That is to say, they are treated poorly. Walmart does not care about Walmart+ customers. Not only can Walmart not meet a delivery window they set themselves, but they failed to let us know the driver had gone back to the store (for no apparent reason.) We have been self-isolating for a long time, and I've seen some pretty useless delivery drivers but I have SEEN them. We never saw the Walmart driver because he went back to the store. In his defense, it is just over two and a half miles from my house to the store, so there are a multitude of ways to get lost. So, no delivery. We found out the driver had returned to the store because after my wife was on the phone with "support" for over a half-hour (and added 56 points to her blood pressure), someone at "support" discovered it. However, Walmart service could not call anyone at the store to find out what happened because the store was "closed" (at 8pm, when it closes at 11pm.)If we wait 24 hours, we can submit the order again, and they can start processing it again. Alternatively, in 24 hours, Amazon can have the crap here. If Walmart wants to compete with Amazon Prime and Instacart, the first step would be actually getting an order from the store all the way to the customer's door. I suppose in its own way, never showing up is the ultimate in touchless delivery service. So, next time you're at the store, pay attention to any homeless guys asking for money. They may be the only ones that know what they're doing. Walmart sucks.
