Well, I have seen it all, the security guard was a 6'5" drag Queen (with no heels!). I leave my personal space for entertainment and that's what I received! Side note: don't ask to look at my receipt when I leave...I checked and bagged my groceries then paid...if you wanna make sure that I did the right thing then add cashiers!! I swear I have been laughing about my entertainment all evening! I swear you can't make this stuff up!!!

This store states they are OPEN from 6 until 11pm. I was "denied" enter at 10:45. So if they are denying enter at 10:45 then the store hours should be 6am until 10:45.

I was leaving this location around 3:00 pm, and there was an employee who went above and beyond for a customer with the best positive attitude I haven't seen since I transferred from Austin! It felt great to know there are still some who the true meaning of customer service! Thank you for hiring her!!!

This my experience and i hope they tried to be more welcoming and know how to guide because I was at Walmart yesterday I want help because I apply to work there in Online Orderfilling and Delivery in the story I came face to face because the assessment I did they told me I failed I was how when I did answer correctly that why yesterday I was there they told the only day I can redo it on January I'm like why would January 15 when I need that job now I was over I asked a manager that can help or if I can do that face to face cause it annoying then I saw a supervisor how told me to wait (10-15 min) until she does with her meeting I did after that I didn't meet him anymore so I saw a manager and who presents to another major who takes care of deliveries and pick ups and who told me I have to wait and do it again I have to wait until he January 15 so I started now? I was tired I said thank you and I left because nobody there knows how to give information or even guide someone it's nonsense I came at 10 am I returned at 1 pm without information or even an explanation of what I can do here with someone who shows me in addition to that you're not even organized we call Walmart but they never answer or he hangs up or he makes you wait in line for a thousand years it's annoying either organized damn someone can't apply to Walmart, especially with this kind of behavior it's shameful.

Always a problem here from perishable groceries sitting in baskets at the return counter to deliveries always with damaged goods. Today they delivered an open package of bacon to my house and for the return had to bring it in. Omar Gonzales is the manager for orders and grocery that trains them to do this sending rotten food home to poison children so he can keep his bottom line and make $$. Shame on this leadership team and shame on this place. Never again.

Hell no! What a joke. I order 4 tires for my vehicle and they ordered the wrong ones not once but twice. Finally they call and say that my tires are in. I make appointment for the next day. Guess what I show up for my appointment and the clerk has no clue what she's doing. Can't find my appointment can't find me can't find a manager and she don't even know how to call for a manager are you serious. What kind of zoo are you clowns running. A real shit show. Screw this I'm going to discount tire. This place is a joke.

I place an order online for a sound bar for my TV and for a swiffer wet jet. The sound bar was canceled because they said it was out of stock.I just had to go in and look for myself. After talking to an associate, they went in the back and found the sound bar I had purchased online and was cancelled from my order. I bought it using the firm, but then I had to buy it using my debit card.I went to the customer center to get the swiffer jet refills, but the customer service said I had to go to curbside to get that. She wasn't going to try to find it.I go out to the curbside area and all 15 spots were blocked with crates as you can see in the picture here. No one was answering the curbside pick up phone number. Since I couldn't pick up the item that I've already paid for by curbside and Customer Service wasn't going to do pick up orders, I just canceled the order completely for the swiffer wet jet refills. This is a hot mess! Waste of time doing their job for them. Walmart is Trash! This is why I like going to target. I don't care if it's considered a more "bougie" version of Walmart because at least you get your stuff and don't deal with employees who hate their life.

On Jan. 1st, I witnessed a very unprofessional behavior from a team lead towards his associate in the electronics department. It was also witnessed by a female associate. I was able to obtain the names of the employees from another associate so that I can address this review properly. Komi is the ²team lead, and Jansen is the associate. I was nearby, Jansen was picking an oversized online order when Komi came up to him with a rude attitude and condescending tone, saying to Jansen, "Do you have a problem moving fast!?" Jansen tried to explain to him that he has an oversized order that is taking some time. Komi's response, "That's no excuse!" As I watch them, Komi also mocked Jansen behind his back with the way Jansen was walking while he was struggling a bit pulling a big load. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I hope this guy Komi gets proper training on how to better deal with his associates in a more constructive approach. Hoping that the Walmart management team will do something about this. Shaming and bullying another employee is a form of harassment.This is appalling! KOMI is representing WALMART as an employee. This is HARASSMENT and causing harm to the individual.
