Customer service is great , when ever get someone on the phone. Getting yourMedicine filled is very slow. And they close to early At least until 9pm this would be fair to customers that get off work after 7pm.

There has been a change of the pharmacy phone number and it has not been given or sent to the people that come in for their prescriptions.

I usually pick up my orders from another Walmart, but wanted something closer since I was going to get it during my lunch hour. Arrived at pickup location, called the number to let them know I was there, and got a "full voicebox" message. Called the customer service desk and was told the "best they could do was page someone in the pickup dept". I was put on hold 20 minutes after asking to speak w/ a manager. Almost an HOUR LATER, I got my order brought out with a HUGE attitude. No apology. When I got home, I discovered that 10 items in my order were missing, despite being charged for them. Needless to say, I was late returning from work, had wasted gas by running the a/c in my car for almost an hour and now have to go back out to purchase the missing items when I get off work. Stay away from this location unless you like a ghetto atmosphere, incompetence and rudeness.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. Ariel in the pharmacy at the Walmart Neighborhood store at 2827 S Buckner was awesome! I had a problem with insurance, she had to keep calling them plus the manufacturer was out of stock so the order didn't come through, she called around until she found a Walmart with it on the shelf. They had the problems cleared, contacted and informed me it was ready and I walked in & out with no wait. Really unexpected service level for Walmart.

Try to call and see was they going to be open tomorrow, nobody answers the phone. This is the time they should have some to answer the phone since they have more self checkout that a real person to check u out. Dang shame.

Convenient, yes. Presentable, orderly, another story. I appreciate that I can find miscellaneous food items here, especially on the night of New Year's Eve. Of course, this Neighborhood Wal-Mart is the baby brother to Super Wal-Mart, so do not expect aisles and aisles of products. I would not buy my produce here because the fruits and vegetables look old and dull. It's sad because my mother really, really wanted her collard greens to ring in the new year. Consider this place to be a step above the corner store. Don't forget the black-eyed peas and collard greens because we all need the good luck and money going into the new year!
