Calling multiple times and being told to “hold” is unacceptable. At least check to see what a customer needs. Holding on for an extended period of time without anyone checking to see what is needed is horrible customer service. Please do better.

Horrible in the drive thru line!!! Sometimes wait 10-20 minutes to be helped. Currently sitting here, and was told they’ll be with me after already waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged!!! Will be getting my moms meds switched ASAP!!!

My doctors, office calls in all of the my prescriptions and before I leave my doctors office my prescriptions are ready. So with that being said, I give them a five.

Not enough workers medicine delayed daily Kojo steps over hippa lines. They lie blame insurance for delays . Totally terrible store to shop for needs. I will be pulling all of my prescription from this store. Also had to wait 45 minutes for a passport photo had to leave and come back next day didn't like my pic very nice Hispanic lady redid it in 10minutes I wanna know why it took lovonne 45 minutes which cause me to make 2 trips. Store need to revamp and hire employees who want to be there. I will be osting on next-door also.

Today, Zeke was awesome in helping getting my 6 month old grandson his ear infection medication. Even though it was a back and forth situation dealing with the clinic. Zeke was able to get it done. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Zeke, job well done. My grandson and I and his parents really appreciate you . Let me not forget, Mr. Robert. The day before, I spoke to him. He has awesome customer service as well.

Meds will never be ready in a timely manner. Even if you call ahead to check if they are ready once at Walgreens they will give some type of an excuse and end up waiting 20min to 2hrs.

My 76 yr old mother was refused a Covid 19 shot due to not having her Medicare card on hand by Pharmacy tech Zee and once I called to report the issue, I was told she shouldn't have been denied of a free shot regardless and to try another location, I'm pretty sure I'm not the 1st person he's denied the shot to and the scream go get VACCINATED but once u're there u're REFUSED AND DENIED A FREE SHOT THAT PAID FOR BY THE GOVERNMENT

The female pharmacist there is very rude! She been at this Walmart Pharmacy for years! I can't believe she's still employed! She doesn't want to do her job, but she wants to get paid.

Pharmacy is awesome! Always in and out with a quickness- Ditto for the drive through. Pharmacist and techs are friendly and helpful. I ended up transferring all of my prescriptions from CVS on Cedar Ridge (which is the worst pharmacy ever!) to here. So glad it did. Customer for life.
