Oh I love this pharmacy! Ray is the best pharmacist and Sue is superb! All the staff treat you as their family and they go above and beyond!

Swung by for some halloween supplies before a trip and figured it would be a good time to get a flue shot.Staff was either incompetent or apathetic. Individual “ran” my yearslong standing Aetna insurance and said it was expired. A falsehood indeed.Didnt even honor the “free” flu shot sign.Drove down the street 1.5 miles to CVS and i was in and out in 10 minutes. No “expired” health insurance from their technology. Total professionals.First and last time I try to be a patron here. Amateur hour.

Ray and his staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure you are taken great care of, and that all of your questions and concerns are resolved. I can't recommend them highly enough.

THEIR card reader wasn’t working and she wasn’t going to sell my the medicine.she said it was my card and I could come back when I had a different form of payment . I told her I just used the car today so it’s not the card.she told me sorry I don’t know what to tell you. I wasn’t leaving without the meds so she let me take it to the counter up front and it worked. if I would’ve just taken her word, I would’ve had to leave without my meds. Very poor customer service. She did NOTHING to try and help solve the issue and was just ready to get me out of her face.

I've tried to get my prescription for 48 hours now. I have a hard time getting to the pharmacy during the day and this particular location doesn't seem to carry the same hours as the other locations. I showed up the day before yesterday a little before 9:00 they were closed so I came yesterday at 7:30 thinking they were at least open till 8:00 but they were already closed again. I think these losers work on Sunday hours 7 days a week which is unacceptable some people can't make it to the pharmacy before 6:00 or even 7:00. Most other pharmacies are open till 9:00 at least. This is some of the laziest I don't want to be at work s*** I've ever seen.

Avoid at all costs. I've been waiting on a medication my doctor refilled Friday and was guaranteed it would be ready Saturday which didn't happen. Was again guaranteed Sunday it would be filled, called at 530 asking for an update and was told "sorry isn't ready, try tomorrow" with extreme attitude. Tried to have it transferred to a 24 hr CVS, CVS called back and said they tried getting them on the phone for 20 minutes and now they're closed. This place is a joke, I would certainly go with another option if you're able.

The management here is totally clueless. Massive lines form while numerous employees idle about fiddling their thumbs. Lucky if even 1 checkout lane is open

I hate Walmart! I have been in line for 15 minuets and I'm not even to the front! On top of that they haven't opened any other lines or have any sense of urgency! This is the worst place to shop and I regret stopping here on my way home! A warning to others avoid at all costs!

Ray went above and beyond going back and forth with ER doctors to get my Rx corrected. He is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with! Can't thank him enough.

The store is dirty, the people are very rude, and why is it that they only have 1-2 check out lines open during their busiest times. I hate shopping at Walmart and this store is the worst.

I took my time writing this review because I wanted to make sure I was calm and detailed with my words as well as my delivery. I want to first mention that I do not look for the bad in the world or people, I am always positive and optimistic that despite all the ills we experience as a human race, that there is truly some good even in the best of us, whether we choose to acknowledge or not. God did not make us full of hate and evil, but instead he made us in his image which is love. Unfortunately, I was not awarded such love during my recent visit to one of your locations in Dallas TX, on the night of October 22, 2019. It was a late night for me and a long day but I was craving tacos and I honestly prefer Walmart products over any other store which is why I decided to go there instead of Kroger or my favorite, WinCo. At store# 02996, Robert Rhoden II's to be exact, I was treated less than human and it was clear that it was strictly due to my race. I checked out at a self checkout lane at 20:15:55 on the grocery end and even realized I forgot to scan my taco seasoning so I stopped before wheeling off and paid for it before leaving. I had also purchased other items which included paper towels which obviously are too big to bag so when the door greeted waived for me to stop and check my receipt I didn't think much of it. I showed him my receipt and although he read it he also scanned the paper towel. He then barked at me that the paper towels were not paid for because they weren't on the receipt so I even started to question myself but then remembered I had two separate purchase (due to forgetting the taco seasoning) and gave him the second receipt. At this time there was another Caucasian woman waiting to get checked behind me because she had juice which was too not bagged. "You are good" Hassan waived at her as he read my receipt and again scanned it as if he didn't see it was the very last thing I had paid for on my receipt. I thought that was odd but let it go, then another lady was waiting because he was taking a lot of time to check my receipt over. "You are good, you are good" Hassan told the other Hispanic lady behind me who had a 12 pack of Diet Coke again, not bagged. At this point I gasped in disbelief and she too through up her hands and said "I know right" clearly seeing that he had stereotyped me and blatantly disrespected me by only checking my ticket. I was leaving but then said "why me??" He ignored me so I turned to customer service and talked to manager Stacie who was very kind and helpful and she walked me out and gave me this information. I am so hurt that racism still exists today especially from others who have been victims of such themselves as a race. This HAS TO STOP. I spend my hard earned money here and I refuse to be mistreated.

I stopped in Walmart to grab a couple items and it was a maze. It took me for ever to find what I need and seems really disorganized unlike a target or Kroger.
