I wish they would hire quality employees. Went with my boyfriend and an employee who was “in line” rudely said she was after I told my boyfriend we should’ve went in the other line. There was absolutely no reason for her nasty attitude of “I was in line, yeah I was in line” in a rude way. We weren’t even mad or questioning it. I was just telling my boyfriend we should’ve went to another line. She was a Hispanic, with drawn on eyebrows, long hair and was wearing a safety vest. Typical.

I went to the neighborhood Walmart on gus Thomason and Ferguson in Dallas TX on Monday to go grocery shopping I used my scan and go app in the store…once I was done I went to the self check out as the app said I scanned the QR CODE and processed the payment through my app as the screen prompted. I start leaving the store with my exit screen ready to show the associate at the door but a very rude employee working the self check out (Hispanic, young mid to late 20’s) just mumbles something I said excuse me she said your not done I said excuse me again she said PAGAR PAGAR I said I already paid I used the Scan and Go she said let me see she looked to my app and just gave it back didn’t apologize or anything. First of all I don’t speak Spanish just because I look Hispanic doesn’t mean I speak Spanish Walmart should train their employees on their new upgrades and system instead of racially profiling and humiliating customers.i personally felt very humiliated since she yelled it out in front of others. This is unacceptable I purchase from Walmart almost every other day

They suck. I went to the bathroom after PAYING for some pads INSIDE OF THE BAG THAT SHOWS I PAID FOR THEM AFTER COMING FROM THE CASHIER and the cleaning lady said I was stealing because I walked into the bathroom with the pads I PAID FOR. They should focus more on cleaning the bathroom than accusing you of shoplifting very annoying. The bathroom SMELLED really bad.

Come in for a money order all lanes are closed at 7:20pm. Staff I ask just ignore me. Tried calling the store no answer. After spending 25mins looking for staff to ask and getting to someone that wasn't on their headphones and one that understood English ...had to wait in a regular long grocery line that the manager was in for a money order. Which I could not get in whole amount as they could not count out all the change rolled I wanted included as it was being done at a cashier line.

New yrs eve night around 7p-
Self-checkout location. Hispanic pregnant or not female was so bothered to remove an item. That she walked off immediately after us not answering her promptly enough.
As we had to get get again knowing she already had “attitude & eye issues” she came bk. Fast fwd: I lost into her child like demeanor and attitude when she started arguing about how she was looking at me noticeably while I was there. Long story short, while talking to the manager she then decided to try and run towards me while ppl were in between her & my speaking to the manager. There was no reason to flinch at the likes of her but her and ppl like her need time to grow and mature in a service industry or the public needs to understand which locations we need to open carry to protect ourselves against employers.

I love this neighborhood walmart it's close to my home, and they pretty much always have what I need. The workers have always been helpful and kind. Overall a great place.

I used to like stopping at this Walmart Neighborhood until I ran into one of it's employee that I felt had a problem assisting handicapped people.
I am a stroke victim who had trouble getting the bags opened to bag my items, I called over the self checkout assistant and that person seemed to have a personal problem with assisting me opening the bag. The person opened the bag and walked off.
I filled that bag up and ran into the same problem of trying to open the next bag so I pressed the help button and waited for assistance again but that person didn't show back up. The self checkout kiosks' screen went from help screen back to normal screen. I tried to call for assistance again, but still no help.
So I struggled to open another bag after wasting a couple more bags ,I finally got one opened to continue checking out.
After paying for everything, the printer got stuck printing out my receipt! So I pressed the help button again and noticed my request keeps getting canceled or whatever...
I look around and see that person assisting other customers and I called to that person for my receipt and that person wanted me to plead with them for a receipt! Being furious about that person's response, all I could tell you is that person got a good stern talking to! That person stormed off in anger to get someone else to assist me.
While that person was gone,I pressed the help button and noticed the kiosk I was at stayed in help mode.
That left me feeling sick to my stomach about the way I was ignored and mistreated.
I got my things that I paid for and left very upset.

Shame on you neighborhood Walmart, especially during this time much less any other time you need to have the parking lot lit, your sign needs to be on and you need to have security out there. Someone is going to be injured or worse & if it we were anyone I knew you would definitely get sued.
Fix things for the sake of the community!!!!
