“It’s unbelievable that someone with such poor customer service skills is working here. Your attitude is disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope you learn to treat people better because, with this behavior, you’re only giving Walmart a terrible image.”
Thank you…
Store manager.

Raise their prices on every item every couple of days like ... It should be against the law to raise prices every other day like that's inflation and gouging

Very good service but in the tire area to change a tire it takes too long from the moment they get into the car to change the tire until they finish it takes 1 hour too long to wait in other places at most it is 30 minutes the rest is excellent service

This might be the worst store I’ve ever been to in my life. The checkout lines are a disaster—most registers are closed, and the self-checkout lines can take up to 30 minutes. The employees are incredibly slow and unhelpful. Today, I tried to return a toothbrush and had to wait 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me. Then, I spent another 30 minutes searching for someone to unlock the glass case so I could buy a new one—only to give up and leave because no one ever showed up. Absolutely unacceptable. This store is a complete mess. This store doesn’t even deserve one star, but I have to give it just to leave a review. The service is terrible, and the overall experience is a nightmare. Kroger or Tom Thumb might be a bit more expensive, but at least they provide good service and quality products—totally worth the extra cost!

No working buggy carts! This is unacceptable for disabled customers! The representative I spoke to says they haven’t worked in 10 months and no one will fix them. UNACCEPTABLE!

I am updating my earlier review of this Walmart. It's a superstore. You do find what you are looking looking for. Sometimes some items may be out of stock and I have noticed that they are never back at the shelf. I have also noticed that some items completely disappeared from this store. Especially items such as hair products.
Carts are available now in store and you don't need to bring them from the parking area like in the past. Self checkouts make lives easier when you are in rush. Wipes for carts are available. Security drives around parking but not frequently enough. At late evenings and night panhandlers are a nuisance.

I normally shop at the store at Midway/LBJ. This store seems bigger. The aisles were jammed with the people filling plus orders.

If I have ever HATED to walk in a store this is the one!!!!! It literally makes my stomach turn to have to come in here. I’ve never seen so many rude people. I was trying to buy something for my face and told the lady what I wanted so she could come unlock the GLASS SAFE she put the key in and well dang one of her own people asked for something and she literally walked off with them and just left me standing there. Then go to check out and same thing just rude. Older man practically told me I was stupid because Walmart has converted over to a cheaper bag than Dollar Tree uses. I had quit coming here and went to Tom Thumb and Target. Thought I would try it again. Nope I’ll NEVER step foot back into Walmart!!! I’ll never be treated like I’m a foreigner in my own country.
