Very good, except that at the exit of the store there are people begging and ordinary people are afraid of them

Lines don't stay crowded; move smoothly. They are upgrading and looking good.

Bad customer service and communication. Check out staff are worse than check out machine. If they can not talk like a human then what is the point of their service.

This Walmart is treating customers like criminals. I have been going here for years, spending thousands of dollars a year. Not anymore. This Walmart is so paranoid about getting merchandise stolen they’ve sectioned off their beauty products. I put these two items in my cart (facial wipes and cuticle oil) in my cart and planned to get the rest of my groceries and pay for it all together as usual. Not anymore. One of their employees was watching me like a hawk, circling the aisles as I shopped, and she insisted I pay for the facial wipes and cuticle oil at that special register. So I paid the $13 and walked out of that store, never going back again. Congratulations, Walmart, you gained $13 and lost thousands of dollars. What kind of policy is this, where customers are treated like criminals? Apparently we have to pay a premium to be treated with dignity and like a human. No thanks, Walmart. I’ll pay the extra $30-$40 a week at Tom Thumb or Kroger or Central Market and be treated like a human being. Shareholders, beware.
