The store security won’t let you in “per management “ at 10:54pm if you close at 10:54pm make sure it’s reflected via internet. I wasted my gas when I could’ve went to Kroger.

Bad day of my life ever, I went to the electronics, meeting Carl asking for Ps5. But he started to give me that look (customer ohhh I hate when they ask questions), rudely talking with me, that I m gonna find somebody to help you, I took a look very quick on games, and went back to the electronics, where mister Carl should help and respect me as a regular, he says loudly which one of Ps5 you need , I asked him to be patient with me, but no he left me and went inside, I told the manager of the store, and magically his sound change with me to respect 👎,
Bad customer service Carl, you should respect your age and position.

This store is clean, organized and has great sales. The variety in the bakery section, clothing, dinnerware and cards is really good. Returning an item from an online purchase is super easy thanks to the return in store policy.

This is for the auto care department. I didn't know that it takes more than an two hours to change tires. Customer service sux too. I don't recommend it

Had a rude experience with the lady on the Walmart Money area, just because she had already closed the cashier doesn’t mean for her to be rude and talk to me like if I was disturbing her from leaving, if she hates that job so much why doesn’t she gets another one? Customer service matters.
This just happened 20 minutes ago in case someone in charge of customer service wants to read what clients experience in their store.

What is a cashier? Count 5-10 workers minimum every time I go “monitoring” self checkout which actually means standing on their phone being paid to do nothing. Why in the world should I have to go through self checkout every time when they have workers doing nothing but standing around. Don’t know when or why Walmart is deciding that cashiers are a thing of the past when they pay the same number of employees for more annoyed customers

I only used the vision center because the last time I was there all the employees were talking ok their cellphones and doing nothing i waited 15 minutes to return something they said they didn’t carry but it was on the shelves and I asked an employee who was not doing anything for help finding something and she told me to wait till she was done talking to her 16 year old so the manager gave me a gift card asking me to give him another chance I went in on a Thursday to pick up my glasses the first tr there were 6 customers and 1 employee .second time they had 4 customers and some very rude customer pushed everyone aside and said she was in a hurry (I was too) finally the 3rd time I had to wait for 45minutes and I told the still single employee to give me the glasses and I was going to pay for them to be adjusted somewhere else the manager clearly didn’t care and the store was a disaster rash all over and half empty shelves I will pay more somewhere else and never return
3 trrips to pick up glasses
They like Amazon are greedy and do not care about their customers
I advise anyone to go somewhere else

EVERYTIME I check-out at this store several of the items purchased have prices higher than the marked shelf price. Most times I visit this store there are barely 1 or 2 manned check-outs and no where near enough total check-outs open for the number of people in the store. Store employees picking online orders are usually blocking aisles in the grocery section, making it hard to get to what I want, and they are rude when you need them to move out your way.

This store is trash ! On top of that they have hired a bunch of people who don't speak English. I literally had one employee tell me to speak Spanish to her. I said in America the first language is English. Spanish is a choice.
