“For reference, this is the first time I’ve ever felt an urge to leave a 5 star review for any business. Usually it’s out of obligation, however I’m glad to do this.Diana Zasseeva is in sales at this location. I had emailed this location asking about various Grand Seiko time pieces. She texted me with pictures of the ones I had an interest in, and showed me comparable watches that matched the dimensions of the watch I was wanting to buy, but wasn’t going to be released for a few months. I came in, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient (I’m from Oklahoma and she had to wait a while for me to come in). I make the payment and was very pleased.Fast forward to 3-4 months later when the watch is supposed to be released, I call in the first week of June to get an idea of when it will be released. I did not expect for her to remember me, but she remember me quite vividly, and even recalled the time we met and all the watches we looked at. That is incredibly impressive. Car salesman don’t have that kind of capability. Diana is top tier and I highly recommend new business coming to her.”

“The reason for 5 stars is that's all that's allowed. I had an old self winding Swiss watch, with a broken crown (which I learned is the little knob that lets you set the time). I don't know the name of the young man who helped me, but he reminded me of Ted Lasso (who is nicer or a better guy than Ted?) and he was very knowledgeable about the watch and very, very talented. He took it apart and installed a new crown in no time flat while I watched. Truly, he is an artist! Don't go anywhere else!”

“This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.”
