I despise going to the dentist, but Waverly clinic was a breath of fresh air. The appointments that I have had felt more like luxurious spa days rather than dreaded dental appointments. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nazia Haque. She helped me to identify that I was grinding my teeth and guided me in identifying my treatment options. She was kind and patient, and took time in explaining how problematic it can be to the health of my teeth to leave the problem untreated. The package with their special mouthwash and gum treatment has done wonders for my gum inflammation. I highly recommend this clinic for the quality care and welcoming environment.

Life savers. Chipped a tooth just before my weeding and they were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Very friendly, patient, and thorough. Even had a chance to get a nice whitening before the big day.

I always have the best experiences at Waverly! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Vickie is a great dental hygienist and I really enjoyed talking to her. She was very kind and beyond helpful. Paulo was the dental assistant that did my teeth whitening and they look great. Thank you Waverly! I always recommend them to people I know

Waverly was our first dental experience here in Dallas, TX. Wonderful staff! Especially dental hygienist Ms. Vickie! She’s awesome! Overall great experience. My teeth feel amazing and I feel more knowledgeable about my dental treatment!

Worst denial experience I ever had. Failed to give medically useful information in favor of attempting to sell me their "home kit". & held my scheduled insurance covered cleaning hostage behind a premium service. In response to reply yes you did "legally" have me sign after saying you would refuse to do a basic cleaning if I did not concent to the premium cleaning with multiple people giving me a high pressure sales pitch but hey glad to know you are toeing that legally line so tight you have an obviously precanned response to the criticism.

After two negative experiences with this place I’m compelled to give a 1 star. They will overcharge you the minute you walk in the door. If you’re looking for a cleaning I suggest looking somewhere else. Their staff is incredibly kind and polite, however.

I have been to this establishment twice- once in 2021, and once in 2023.For my visit in 2021, it was one of the worst hygienist visits I’ve ever had. My hygienist was excessively aggressive with the cleaning and proclaimed they were much more thorough in their cleanings compared to other offices- okay, fine. I had never been in such pain during a cleaning before, but at least I had my teeth cleaned.I booked an appointment in 2023, (figuring they might have changed) but I did not even receive a cleaning. The hygienist proclaimed that I needed something deeper than the average prophylaxis, to the tune of $800+. It seemed like excessive fear mongering and they refused to perform a routine prophylaxis. No thank you! I booked an appointment with a different dental office, who said I did NOT need anything deeper than a regular cleaning. The gum scaling numbers were the same at both offices (within the range of 1-4mm) but Waverly wanted $800 for a deep clean.

I had a long convo with the dentist re the way the front desk had been handling billing, detailing how I'm told I won't be charged when I make the appt but am *always* charged for something new when I arrive. She was kind about it and we got some things cleared up and the issue seemed to be a woman at the front desk. Then my hygienist came in to put numbing cream on my gums. After the hygienist left, it got VERY uncomfortable. The front desk woman comes in and says "are things clear to you now" and I'm staring at her with cotton in my mouth due to numbing. I point to the cotton, she continues to rant at me while she puts on gloves and proceeds to *remove the cotton front mouth* and interfere with the numbing, then aggressively continues to say "is it clear now? Are you clear?" I was staring at her like ... this some weird intimidation tactic bc I feel genuinely unsafe. The fact that she felt comfortable walking in, pulling out cotton that was put around my teeth to keep them safe from the gel, and then treating me like I was d*** was deeply unnerving. I would be *very* careful before going here. If I go back, I'll need to make it clear to the dentist that this woman cannot be allowed in the exam room near me. I can't believe she pulled this stunt.

Felt like I was being sold a timeshare from the moment I walked in. Had the feeling something was off right away and by the time I’d left, after they had tapped on a few teeth and nothing more, they said I needed a deep clean (the only way they can upsell and make money since they don’t do restorative), informed me of the horrors of regular toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. and told me the only way to have good oral hygiene is to buy their very expensive in house brand of products, and suggested I get a jaw surgery for which they would refer me to their guy. (Referral fee). Definitely avoid this place.

This was my first time coming to weaverly and I was a nervous when it comes to going to clinics and dentist. However from the moment I came in to the moment I came out they made me feel really welcome, very friendly and informative. Everyone in there made sure I was ok and that I didn't have to worry. They explained everything they were going to do step by step so there would not be any surprise. Very clean and pretty place. I felt like if ive been going there for the longest. I look forward to future appointments with them. ?

The service here is horrible and the staff and management are so unprofessional. Please do not be influenced and go to this horrid place. They are crooks. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. And tell everyone you know to do the same. This place can't close soon enough!

Some of the kindest people! I decided to use their Invisalign system and I am so happy with the outcome! The process was planned to take 13 months - in full it took about 15 because I got a bit relaxed with my trays at the end. No one ever made me feel bad about being behind nor did they want to rush the process. Any questions I have asked have always been clearly answered. My husband and I use Waverly for all of our dental care now and we highly recommend it!

I had a really bad experience with a well know aligned company. Came into Waverly over a year ago and got their aligned product - very happy with my results and everyone who works there. Nick is always friendly, the doctors and hygienists are great.

If you have any sort've medical condition avoid this dentist like the plague, she doesn't want you. They will throw every possible road block they can to your treatment, pushing you to another provider all long the way, and she'll adjust the treatment plan to give you maximum pain all under the guise of trying to help you, so that they can talk you into going somewhere else. This is discrimination, pure and simple. I get the message, you don't want me. I'm going somewhere else. I'll never disclose my condition again. Lesson learned.
