We purchased two power recliners from Weirs. We custom ordered the chairs so we could get the color and type of material we wanted. After receiving the chairs, we noticed that the back cushioning in particular was starting to show signs of breakdown. We had only had these for six weeks at the time of these pictures. We had hoped we could return the chairs and purchase a different brand but they would not allow us to do so. They sent a gentleman out to add additional stuffing to the back and bottom cushion. This helped temporarily but the back has started to show signs of use again. We paid $899 per chair and have always had fantastic luck with our previous furniture purchases from Weirs. Their customer service has always been excellent. Very disappointed in this purchased and will not go back to Weir's next time we need furniture. We do not recommend buying this Best power recliners

Wier's Furniture is unwilling to accept responsibility for substandard furniture. The dining room table and chairs are damaged and the table has an inconsistent finish. They have refused to fix the issue. They want me to return the merchandise to them which adds insult to injury. I guess they think I'm their employee.

Such a wonderful experience from purchase to installation. Greg G and C C were so helpful and even moved the Weirs bed I had purchased 28 years ago to my son’s room. First class all the way!

My husband and I have been purchasing from Weirs Furniture store since 1995. I called recently to inquire about dining tables available that are made in America. Kyle Richardson answered the phone and spoke to me about several options. I was impressed with his knowledge and the willing to answer my many questions. Columbus Day we decided to make the trip from East Tx to Weirs. Thankful that Kyle was on the floor! He was not pushy but patient, listens and offered suggestions. I am confident that we will be happy with our purchases. I have never been disappointed the the quality of the furniture or the customer service of Weirs. Well worth the drive.

Kyle Richardson made our shopping experience both a pleasure and a success. It started with a warm welcome, proceeded through learning what we wanted and showing us the best options, and continued with a patient and thoughtful question-and-answer period where we worked out all the details. Our furniture even arrived a few days early — how wonderful! My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our new living room furniture. We highly recommend Kyle and the Weir’s Furniture company.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful afternoon of shopping at Weir's. Kyle Richardson, our sales associate, went above and beyond to make sure our shopping experience was nothing short of exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining the various features and options available. His friendliness, knowledge and dedication in helping us made the entire process a pleasure.

I have shopped for years at Weirs due to the quality of their products and their always exceptional service! Well tonight, Saturday evening! The store manager John Baker, Tom Norman and my sales associate Kelly Abide came to my home.. .just to help me with my new mattress and adjustable bed that I just had delivered today! Who does that anymore!!!?? I had a few questions and they were on my doorstop right after they left work...amazing....I am a customer for life!Susan

We stopped by today in search of a sectional and had a wonderful experience with Ken Wooten! His knowledge of all the brands on the floor helped us narrow down to the one that is most likely what we’ll purchase ~ we’re still doing research which is the only reason we didn’t buy a couch todayHowever! We did find a great swivel Bernhardt chair on close out and they had four left in inventory so we snagged those up asap!Overall definitely a 5 star experience ~ love that Weirs is back in the neighborhood!

I visited your Knox/Travis st store not expecting to run into one of your best and funniest sales reps Mr. Kyle Richardson! I worked with him many years ago. He made the experience of getting into debt a lot more pleasurable! I appreciate his sales knowledge and humor. Please give him a raise and make sure he doesn't go away again!

Amazing experience with Customerservice and our sales person from years ago Ken Wooten. They found are very old invoice. Connected us with the original salesman Ken who knew exactly how to take apart our large three piece bookcase! We buy almost all of our furniture from here. Well done!!!

Even though we had an issue with a missed tagged item, they handled it very professionally. The tag and price were wrong, we got home with the wrong rug! When we tracked down the correct rug, they honored the original price, saving us nearly $200! Mistakes are going to happen, it's all in how you handle it!

Truly wish I could rate this place better, the sales staff and customer service were nice but do not buy here.Purchased sofa 8/21, sales experience was great was in an out in under 30 min.Delivery set for 8/24, incorrect items arrive and was told by customer service that part of the sofa (right chaise) is no longer available. After speaking with a manager I asked if they can replace with a similar new sofa/model, instead I received a call that they found an available piece (right chaise) in the warehouse. New delivery date set for 8/26.I wish the delivery had been easy, the back paneling of the piece (right chaise) they found arrived broken. The sofa pieces don’t align and the delivery workers did not mention anything, it’s concerning as the debris and broken panel can be felt/heard. Doesn’t feel safe to use long term, will be purchasing elsewhere…. the quality of the furniture here is minimal.
