HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My boss asked me to call for an update after this branch lost a check of his and *PATRICE* (sp?) gave me nothing but attitude and kept repeating herself and interrupting me without actually listening to my questions. I am not stupid, I know I am not a signor on my bosses account but when you lose a check of his, you should probably keep him up to date on the situation. We shouldn't have to call or go up to your branch to check on your mistakes. You repeating yourself because you wouldn't hear my questions, my ideas of how we could fix this together was just plain rude. Awful, awful, awful customer service. If you lose a check on Oct 4th and it is now Oct 18th and you still don't know where his check is? Oh, I had to give a star rating to post this, so congratulations, you get a star.

I've come to this Wells Fargo several times and each during each visit, the employees are very friendly and courteous. They're quick to get me what I need and answer any questions I have. I will be back to this location any time I'm in the area.

I love all of the Wells Fargo from the Tom Thumb stores, those from Greenville and Lovers Lane, Mockingbird and Abrams, and Northwest Hwy and 75. Could not agree more that Wells Fargo is a great bank to use and trust.

Worst bank and manager I have ever dealt with on my 39 years of banking. The branch manager Enrique is the worst manager of any bank ever. For a bank to pride themselves on customer service is a complete joke. If you can get Enrique to actually stand up from his chair you have won a huge victory but once standing its only so his staff can help him write down the phone numbers for which he will tell you to call because his extended breaks and absence from the branch can be so enjoyed by him constantly eating and avoiding any customer service with a number stating "do it yourself". If you want to see the absolute worst banking professionals in the business with nonsense fees service then go and experience it all for yourself. Highly recommend you show on your absolute best mood possible due to when you leave you will start to understand why good people do bad things to others. Do yourself a favor and do your banking at the ATM. This bank should be torn down and replaced by two ATMs, because you'll be guaranteed a better experience from a computer than these morons.

Another location fudged up something on my account and my debit card became cancelled, which I found out when I tried to pay for lunch the other day. Luckily, I had some cash or I'd have been doing the dishes. After paying for lunch, this was the nearest Wells Fargo I had visited and the staff here were really friendly and helpful to get me a new card and fixed all the f'ups the other branch did to my account. Good job, guys! Also, this is the one inside the Tom Thumb grocery store. Convenient!
