WF chat advised I must visit a branch location to add someone to my account. I went to this location, found 2 employees assisting customer, and 3 sitting behind the glass doing nothing; 1 man and 2 women. The man quickly pointed out that his bankers were busy and asked if I had an appointment. I said no, chat didn't state that was required so I asked if he could help since he wasn't busy (and acted like he was in charge). He said no, then offered to check other nearby locations to see if I could get an appointment elsewhere. I will never go here again because I detest laziness and bad customer service!

I Love the Wells Fargo on Lovers Lane & Douglas Avenue in Dallas Texas. I have been using Wells Fargo for about 38 years. Francis Rosas is Fabulous to work with and very knowledgeable! She speaks English and Spanish and is very friendly. A true CLASS ACT!!!Donna Kohler

Worst customer service ever! Nothing, but lazy people work there and no one wants to work. I was just trying to open an account and express my frustrations about my difficulties getting an appointment to just be told they can scheduled me again for the 4th time.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating for this company as a whole. Every time I call, go through the reason I'm calling, verifying information, etc. the rep "can't help me" & transfers me to a line that will inevitably hang up. I have to keep going through this until FINALLY someone answers and can actually forward me to a manager; managers seem to be the only competent people working. I have only had my mortgage with them for 2 years and every year they send me a letter saying my escrow account is short some absurd amount of money and they need payment within 30 days or my house will be taken by the bank. At the beginning of the year, I always call them to go through the account so this situation doesn't happen, yet here I am AGAIN. The first year, they weren't taken enough money every month for my county taxes - somehow this was my fault and I owed them $5.5k ASAP. This year, all I can find out so far from a rep who "transferred me" is they put an additional insurance company on my policy & those rates went up. I never approved this or was made aware until now. I actively check my account throughout the year too. My advice to anyone who's looking to finance or refinance - DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO. It will be a never -ending nightmare.

Mindy Scoggins compete clown of a lead teller denied me depositing a check today. Customer service was a zero. No attempt to even research the companies history of depositing checks for 4 years with them. Told me no Manager was on duty all the bankers just watched frightened in the back none tried to help. She told me to go back to my normal bank. Sad

Great service. I open an account at closing hours and the bank personnel stayed extra hours until I left.

Only banker there had a customer with her ..... no problem there. Problem is that she took more time than necessary (discussing their mutual pregnancies with the customer she was waiting on) instead of getting the business handled and moving on to the next customer. I understand the personal touch ..... but it doesn't have to cause other customers to wait so much longer than was actually necessary. I went up to one of the bank tellers to ask if she could help me with closing an account and she said only the banker could help me. I stated the banker was too busy discussing her pregnancy, who heard me and informed me that she was also working. I didn't have time to argue that point with her so I left and will not return to do business at that location again.

Worst customer service i've ever received in banking sector. The staff was just buzy with her personal stuff and was not at all ready to help me. On the other hand while talking to me, she was not even looking at me. And when i ask for the manager she said she is the manager. Lol. Will never do banking with Wels Fargo again.

Long time customer. First time over the years every felt compelled to warn others about a branch. Called ahead to make sure they could do a wire for a home closing and knew I was coming in near closing time. However, upon arriving to the location an employee (playing on his cell phone and leaning/sitting on an entry desk no less) refused to let me in or even speak to me. I showed him my phone through he glass that it was just prior to closing time (here were servers other customers. Inside the store in a teller line), or at worst exactly to minute and to try to explain I had already called a banker at their location about the wire, but he refused to open the door to speak. I get the time issue but not the treatment. If you are expecting a little personal touch, like, hey maybe opening the door to help a 20-year customer with a large wire on a home loan you are also doing the mortgage on - this branch isn't for you. One vote for a local/regional bank on that score.

We have been fairly satisfied with Wells Fargo in general, however this particular branch has provided us with some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Case in point: bank representative missed our appt., and when called showed up 30 mins late, did not apologize, and the proceeded to help someone else before attending to us. We were attempting to sign power of attorney docs and had been told my wife and I needed to come in a sign together. While D'von was on the phone to Wells Fargo Legal, relaying misinformation to us, we were told we could not speak with WFL nor could our lawyer. End result: we were then told three more signatures were required and that these three signatories had to establish a 'profile' with WF. They wasted 1 1/2 hours of our time. My advice: if you simply need a bank that you wish to use as an ATM, WF is fine. Anything else - avoid this branch at all costs.
