This bank… is it even a bank? Or just a place to make deposits.. because that was the only service they were providing, waited in the line like almost 35 minutes just for them to tell me to go to a different branch because they were the only banker and they were understaffed. Sorry not my problem your understaffed. If you’re understaffed then please close for the day and save people the time waiting there.

This branch is terrible!!!! The branch manager is sassy and he does not know what he is talking about. I caught him in his lie several times and he tried to back track every single time!!! Who trains these people, he did not offer to help me with my issue AT ALL. It’s because i am black!! RACIST BRANCH MANAGER

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MALE TELLER. Brought a check to deposit into MY account and he REFUSED to deposit my check because he thought the check was fake. Refused to give me other options and treated me and my family with a bad attitude. Check is definitely not fake because I went to another wells Fargo and deposited my check without any issues. If I could give him - stars I would.
