Tried cashing my husbands check since he’s not on my account. No other location gives me a hard time except this one. We cash his checks every week and we never have to pay to cash it. We tried cashing it at the drive through since they told us we could do it as long as he signed his check over to me and I was in the car, we get there and immediately it’s one thing after the other he then said we had to get down in ordered to cash it or deposit. I get down The male teller at drive through started talking about the us when he sees me in line. They need to get the check cashing policies in order because every location is different apparently.

I went to 2 locations they had different rules about cashing a check and the company actually banks with them and they always get these type of checks. They said they would cash it Friday made me wait a whole week
so they can tell me they would only give me half and I had to open an account not by choice. I will close this account as soon as money is available.

They never have cash on atm. Service is poor, slow, lack of knowledge to help with general stuff or to provide aid to resolve problems. This bank lacks all fundamental to be open!

The Hispanic woman was very rude and arrogant, which is why they said that the worst enemy of a Mexican is another Mexican. She asked me for a Texas ID because she couldn't sign it and there was another person who, if I signed it, senior executives would check your person.

This location needs to hire hire hire there is no reason it should take 15 to 20 minutes for one car . Also should remember if there are customers in the commercial line they need to get back and open there company. I have been I'm line for 25 already and have 2 more cars to go . My store will be opening late and This is not acceptable.
